AVOID. There is a good reason this company have a 59% one star rating!
Awful! The Product was faulty, the pads didn't heat up and the company took weeks emailing asking for a video to prove it was faulty, you cannot physically SEE heat sooo.... I sent them the video which shows nothing. only then they accepted I was allowed to send the product back, it was mailed and a proof of postage sent to them but didn't actually say I'd get a refund, only that the "refund team" would have to look into it! 4 weeks later still no refund! I have chased them and they have told me it take 3/4 weeks for refunds to show.....it's now more than 4 weeks! I'm fully convinced that if I hadn't emailed and keep chasing this company for my refund they were fully going to keep my money, they might still try that and to the consumer authority I'll go!
They've prob resold that same faulty unit as well. Such terrible customer service for a product that DIDN'T WORK!!!! Give me my money back scammers!

No need to provide my order number to Ammpoure’s customer service department via this site, as I have provided it on all my emails to them, which they have ignored.
A month after I placed my order, I am without my package or a refund!
I had ordered a back support for my father for Christmas on 14th November, well within the time-frame for it to arrive for xmas. My confirmation email stated shipment within 5 to 16 business days, however as of 21/12 I am still without my order or a decent update as to where it is. I have sent several emails asking that my order be cancelled and refunded as i have had to purchase elsewhere and have had no confirmation that they will do this, I simply get told 'logistcs are investigating'. I do not want an investigation - the company has failed to supply my order on time and I want my money back. I am now out of pocket! I am very disappointed in the way customer services have handled my request for a cancellation/refund and I feel that I am being ignored. I would avoid this company at all costs, i feel absolutely scammed.

I ordered an anti-snoring device. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture, and absolutely not worth the £20 I paid for it. I followed all the instructions for returning it and getting a refund, and sent it back. I still haven’t had my refund, and when I email I’m told they’ve reminded the refund team. Nearly a month now. I liked the website, but I’m very disappointed and would certainly not buy from them again. Order number 11878.

I received a tracking number for Royal Mail. But sadly it just says the shipping hasn't been received. I have written 3 emails and have had no acknowledgement at all. And I have checked my junk box. The ordering of the items was a very simple process, but sadly anything after that is very disappointing. Customer service is none existent. I came on this as this is the only thing I see that this company is willing to communicate with you from. But it's more about not receiving bad reviews, maybe consider performing better on your customer's support side of the business and then your reviews would be more positive.
Please can you update me on my order.

Personally I would avoid this Company
The quality of the item is poor and quite shocking for what I paid. I'm disgusted that what they are selling for the prices they are charging..obviously not all their items are in stock as verified by the customs sticker on parcel.. personally I cannot be bothered with this company to get a refund. I'll take it on the chin and will definitely never use, order or recommend them.

I ordered a neck and back massager on the 21st November and 17 days later I haven't received it. The tracking code doesn't work on DHL or royal mail. My order number is on 12205. I'd like a refund if I'm not going to receive my product please.
I received the product and I beg anyone not to buy it. It is not capable of doing what it says all it is capable of doing is giving you a electric shock. I believe this product is dangerous and I doubt it is up to British standards. It is definitely not worth £45 ../let alone £70 it is supposed to be reduced from. I thought I was supporting a women's business enterprise but I guess women can rip people of too.

Not UK based despite what they say.
Placed an order. Confirmation came through, 3 to 5 business days from their London base. Nothing after 7 days. Emailed them. Told its 7 to 17 working days. I requested a refund as I couldn't wait that long and heard nothing for 3 days. Now told I can't have a refund as item has been dispatched and should arrive by Tuesday. Its Thursday now. Terrible service, and they lie about where their stocks are. All I want is my refund.
