Very good with Wilson at the metro centre

I initially made an error in ordering a pair of straighteners at full price when financial it was not the right time to do so. I was half asleep and made as mistake.

Not only did Daniela help fix my mistake by fully refunding the product, she also blew me away by offering a discount for when I did want to purchase the straighteners in the future.

Based on the excellent impression Daniela had made on me, I reached out for the discount code and immediately made the purchase, Daniela called me personally, talked me through what to do when I made the order and even highlighted the Warranty and explained how I activated this on the product.

I can quite honestly say, this is the best customer experience I have ever had. My partner and daughter are going to obsessed with their new straighteners and it's all thanks to Daniela!

What a lovely lady who offered to curl my hair for free at the metro centre and explained to me how the amory straightners worked , surenika was very polite and did not push the sale on me, her experience made me feel comfortable with the sale, what a credit she is.

A lady stop in tge metro centre a d did my hair so lovely lady called surenika learbt how to use the curls and wgat a transformation never had a curl in my hair im buying this product amazing how they work my hair is so soft after using them 100 % buying them there a different colour so I hav gone for pink absolutely lovely laddies all very nice and friendly

I had written a very long and valid review about how I was treated by this company, which included touching without consent, forcing me to stay/not letting me leave, degrading comments, public comments about my job and earnings, comments about religion and much more. The company reached out to make things right, stating an internal review and offering some small free gifts. I was grateful they were taking this horrendous experience seriously. Yet, this evening I got a notification saying they had reported my review for hate speech? They attempted to censor the reviews for their favour. People really really need to be careful of this company. They've lost my trust and respect and I will be making a full video about this entire ordeal somewhere that they can't skew the reviews.

Whilst in the Metro Centre, Gateshead with my sister in law, got stopped and asked to try the Amory straighteners. Lovely young man curled our hair beautifully and we got a brilliant deal to purchase 2 sets. Can't begin to tell you how good these are. So easy to use with no damage to your hair which is left shining. They are lightweight and literally glide through the hair. So pleased with my purchase.

Bought my straighteners from Metro Centre after a complimentary curl session. Lovely girls on the stand - very knowledgeable without being pushy. Great idea to show customers how to use the product and be able to practice - great customer service. Thanks!
