Leaving 5 star review because I’ve been very demanding of their support team recently, and they deserve the praise.
Customer service is always responsive. They don’t dust you with niceties, they’ve resolved my issue promptly each time, or at least pointed me in the required direction.
Applications + credentials are processed swiftly, and with little friction (unlike others I’ve experienced). Fees and margins are fair. I appreciate the email notifications ahead of scheduled changes to day trading limits. No noticeable execution issues/delays throughout my scalping.
What more could you ask for

I was rejected without any explanation
I used to work as an analyst in the financial market. ChatGPT recommended AMP Futures to me because they offer access to Globex via the MT5 platform. I created a demo account and started running some backtests and tests to optimize performance. When I tried to access my account, I was blocked. I created a second one, and they banned me again. I sent an email clarifying the situation, and the representative said they couldn't respond. They sent me a second email, but they didn't even respond. At first, I was happy to see the quality of the available assets. I even gave it 5 stars on Google and "👏👏👏👏👏" in the comments. But now I feel embarrassed. If something were wrong, it would be more honest to explain why: "Since you're a foreigner, we need your passport ID. Or we only accept Americans. Your declared income is low, we require X initial amount to get started, etc." That's not how you treat a partner/client in the financial market who has contacts with HNWIs and portfolio managers. And they know it well.
Anyway, another recommended chat service was GFF Brokers, with whom we exchanged several emails, and they weren't that rude. I regret this service.
EDIT: There are several leaked databases online containing names, cards, addresses, income and assets. That's why I was very omitted in my information, if that was the reason for the block.
EDIT2: As you can see, they didn't even respond to my comment. That's exactly how I was betrayed in the email.

If an applicant chooses not to provide accurate or complete information, as mentioned in your own “EDIT” note, we cannot move forward with the account.
While we understand concerns about data privacy, our compliance obligations are firm and apply equally to all clients.
Without being able to research your communications specifically, because you provided a fake email…this could be the reason your application could not be processed.
AMP Futures Customer Service is Insanely Great
AMP has a chat service via the client portal that was of great help. I had a human being online within seconds with very little effort. Johnny was even quicker helping me with my data feed issue. Great work Johnny and AMP!
