I was a customer of AMP for several years when their personal support 24/7 was invaluable to me trading from Italy during the night in the US. When they went full-bore with the Bot I decided to leave. The Bots have won so I now plan to come back to AMP. Questioned if my account was still valid and how to use Sierra Chart Teton Routing Service. Johnny came on the Chat and answered everything straight away. He is the best. Completely knowledgeable, patient and friendly, as he was several years ago. Critical issues for an older gentleman who appreciates competence. Thank you, Johnny.

I’ve had problems with deposits half the time, one time taking over 8 days and multiple times contacting their customer service and met with not so polite communication. I use ACH depositing. Half the time, I’ve had to take screenshots of my deposits made from my bank because Amp doesn’t have an automated process: they deposit money from BMO into your account MANUALLY (strange). The refused to follow up on my deposit once because they said they had no record of it and would not do anything until I emailed them a screenshot. Yes, it’s like that at Amp. Better off paying an extra $.25 per trade just to avoid the frustrating process of depositing money. I’m sure they’ll claim my review is “ChatGPT” like all the other negative reviews. Shows what kind of company they are.

My experience is trading can be frustrating and it’s easy to take out on the broker. But they know what all other brokers are asking for their contract margins and commissions so Amp is very competitive if not the best. $40 for data which is normal BUT with Amp you can use a ton of platforms with ALL the order flow and advanced options for free! When you request your money from them they send it immediately! These are all facts! I mean ninjatrader charges $50 a month for a VWAP!!! Literally blows my mind $50 for orderflow! And $99 for a broker connection!!! Do the math drop ninjatrader and go with AMP! Chicago is one of the trading hubs so AMP knows the game and they know trading. Thank you for your time I wouldn’t lie or BS.

Today, I was once again connected with Felix and Colin via LiveAgent. As a relatively new user of AMP Futures—a decision I now thoroughly regret—I must formally raise a complaint regarding the consistently poor level of customer support I’ve experienced from both individuals.
This is not the first time I’ve contacted either of them, and the pattern is always the same: minimal effort, copy-pasted responses, frequent typos, and no genuine attempt to address follow-up questions or provide clarification. It often feels like their main objective is to close the chat as quickly as possible, rather than actually helping the client. That is not support—it’s avoidance.
Today’s interaction concerned a declined withdrawal. I later learned it was due to the need to perform a currency conversion to cover a negative balance—an understandable requirement. However, the manner in which this was communicated was dismissive and unhelpful, lacking even basic professionalism or clarity.
Frankly, I don’t know how AMP can tolerate this level of service from its representatives, especially given its reputation as a leading broker. Surely, there are qualified individuals who actually value their roles and are capable of offering clients a respectful and helpful experience. I wonder how many AMP clients have had similarly frustrating experiences with LiveChat support—because my confidence in it is nonexistent at this point.
I trust you will review the chat transcripts. Not from todays interaction, but all of them. Oftentimes I'm left alone talking to the wall with their representative disconnecting for no reason.
Once I am able to withdraw my remaining funds, I intend to close my account and advise the 50,000+ users of my trading website to avoid AMP Futures entirely.

I noticed their guarantee to 'match or beat any written commission quote,' so I contacted them but never got a reply. I sent emails twice more, but still didn't get a response. I then contacted their live support, who said, 'Yes, you are getting through to the right department, but only they can reply to this query.' Still, I received no reply. I am a bit disappointed by such prominent advertising of an offer from a company that doesn't bother to respond.
