You guys were amazing
I moved into a new build 5 yrs ago and have only now activated my warranty. I assumed the house builder had done this.
Anyway, after explaining my situation to Amtico they provided a warranty without any resistance, and I received the certificate a few days later.
You may pay a little extra but get a whole lot more.

We had Amico flooring laid throughout the ground floor of our new house and we are very happy with the overall effect. Having lived with it for a month now it is easy to clean and maintain. The down side is that I have noticed a few areas where the flooring is lifting, which I guess is down to it not being fitted too well. I will update this review following the upcoming rectification visit of the contractor.

A fantastic product, much admired by all our friends

Had Amtico for 8 years in my first home and it was very durable. Had it for less than a year in my new home and it is of very poor quality and scuffs/scratches very easily. We are careful with how we live and treat our property but this is ridiculous. They have probably changed the materials to a poorer quality.
If you are looking for good quality flooring, this isn’t for you, especially at the astronomical price they charge. We bought this to last but it will be getting replaced next year. So disappointed.

The Amtico fitter was so helpful, giving ideas for the laying pattern of my chosen tiles. Very thoughtful and respectful of my son's disability.
The flooring itself is beautiful and has created the perfect finishing touch to my new kitchen.

Amtico flooring is OK but it has to many condition to maintain the flooring in good condition. You can only use recommended door mate, rugs etc.

Excellent care and attention to making exacting preparation and perfection in laying the product.

The product is very good and we are delighted with our flooring. We did have some problems with getting adhesive marks removed but these were resolved with the supplier. Quite surprised that only your approved suppliers can fit the flooring if the warranty is to be forthcoming, when we had experienced flooring fitters ready to do it.

The company (Bespoke Flooring, Pontypridd) were very good indeed. In readiness our two rooms required old Marley floor tiles to be removed as they tested positive for asbestos. Bespoke arranged a registered contractor to undertake the work. Immediately following that job Bespoke laid a new membrane, self-levelling compond and then the flooring itself. Dan and his co-worker (Tom) did an excellent job with the finish far exceeding our expectations.

Looks great down on my hallway floor, just wished the fitters wiped any glue off the tops of the strips immediately. As now I keep finding glue that’s really hard to remove.
