Useless company.
Waited three weeks for order then emailed several times, they failed to reply. Then received a notification stating my order had been cancelled.

Ordered 4th January with a promise of delivery at the end of the month.
Not seen any delivery and have had no response to many attempts at communication.
I’ll be trying to recover money from the credit card!

I agree with every single one of these reviews. I received a faulty sofa, they arranged someone to come and evaluate the issue to which they did but no one and I mean no one from Amury Sofas has responded to any of my emails or calls. I’ve lost so much money and I know they’re won’t refund me even though they sent me not only a dirty sofa but also faulty. I’m looking to report the company.

Guys, please read these reviews and trust what’s we’re saying, AVOID THEM like a plague.

Placed my order end of January, was told 10 working days, chased up after 12 working days, sent emails, phoned, tried chat, nada, am considering cancelling and claiming monies back via credit card, doesn't bode well??

Would have given them 0 stars if possible. I ordered my sofas on the 1 Feb, with the promise of a 7 to 10 day delivery. I was keen on getting this on time as I travel on the weekend forb2 weeks. Since placing the order, I've not received one update on my order, called and emailed over 20 times and not recieved a single response.

I would NOT advise you use this company and will NOT be reordering with them again!

I have not received my footstool order I paid and was told by 8th feb no reply to emails no body picks up the phone if I receive My order I will retract this

I ordered my sofa on 1st Feb. It’s now the 13th and despite 2 emails, 4 calls, using chat function on website and sending messages on facebook and instagram I have had no further communication to advise on delivery. Really poor communication.

I brought the jumbo corner sofa in cream. It looks lovely 😍 and the delivery was very quick, however, the quality is poor and it not very comfortable as soon as you sit down the sofa sinks into itself it’s cheap quality. I won't recommend this sofa.

disappointed rear cushions have no foam in edges, after sending photos had no further response since then tried to contact them number of times leaving phone number and sending complaint by e mail bottom cushion so soft sink down I am 5 foot my knees come up towards chest and lean to one side ,when 2 people sat on it we both end in middle, response today cannot return it due to fact delivery people took it away without asking requested more photos had been told foam only guaranteed 1 year . Disgusted with response Don't bye unless you want same experience. looks okay but not suitable to sit on unless you want to sit uncomfortable, until foam gives up all together. Customer service contacting them rubbish been 2 weeks all I got today would not take it back because no packaging which was delivery peoples fault Taken 2 weeks plus to get this response, diabolical

Excellent communication throughout the purchase and delivery process, and the delivery company they use were great. I can't comment fully on the quality of the product as we've had it less than 24 hours, but it definitely looks nice, and it's very comfy.

I bought the corner sofa from Amury and love it. Today my swivel chair arrived which matches it perfect. Really good service and so happy with my sofa and chair.

Fast & reliable service, would definitely use again, I highly recommend its use.

Sofas were good quality and reasonably priced, arrived quickly within the estimated delivery dates, good communication throughout. Delivery service was very good too.

Contacted James at Amury as Fabric Care Kit sent to me was lost in the post. Once again James provided great customer service sending me a replacement immediately. Cannot fault this company, would highly recommend.

I have just received my cream jumbo-cord cushion from Amury Sofas. It is beautiful! High quality, luxury cord fabric with a duck down cushion pad. I am absolutely delighted. Thank you so much.

I was skeptical buying a sofa from here as usually with such a big purchase you want to be able to see & feel it in person. I also hadn’t heard of Amury Sofas at the time. However after reading the reviews and knowing the material and size I wanted from research I decided to try this out and I do not regret it one bit. Communication from the company was great. Quick responses and speedy delivery. I received it within 2 weeks of purchase.
Whilst communicating with the delivery company was also easy, my only slight disappointment was them cancelling the delivery on the morning of the selected timeslot. Then when rebooked for delivery and expected within a 3hour window they arrived half an hour after the window. Nevertheless they assembled the sofa for me and took all the packaging away. I would definitely use them again.
