To be honest we were nervous when placing the order, a new company (albeit they have been doing this for years but not online) and our original order emails went into junk mail.....BUT..... absolutely first class service all round, had a couple of calls to ensure delivery on track and it was, delivery drivers were great too! My sofa arrived today and I'm really happy with it. I bought through Amazon as I felt it was extra security but I need not have worried. I spoke with James afterwards and he reminded me of the warranty. I'm really happy with my sofa and the service.

I found a sofa i like on this website it was cheaper then most shops i saw pretty much the same sofa for to be honest. The reviews are good and delivered seem reasonable. in the me and my husband decided to purchase the chesterfield 2 and 3 seater sofa set in red blood colour and we was worried first i never heard of this company but i spoke to a nice man called james who told me more about the sofas and about 3 week ish later i received an email from the delivery men who told me they be delivered on this date. So my delivery arrived and we was so excited to be honest, the delivery man surjit and dan where so nice and kind, they put the sofa down in my living room helped me and my husband put on the feet for both sofas and i asked them to take away the packaging which they did they are very very good at delivering the sofas, so the sofas themselves are so much good quality, the leather is absolutely surreal i cant believe how good it looks in real life compared to the photos but i personally think the photos do not justify how quality the sofas are very happy with my purchase would recommend to friends and my family, a little icing to the cake was the leather cleaning kit they gave me for free so overall me and my husband were happy and money well spent x

Bought a leather sofa which is absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait until it arrives.Elaine was very professional and very easy to talk to. We didn’t feel rushed and we were allowed to take our time. When we finally made the decision to buy, Elaine gave us all the information on how to look after the leather, the delivery process ,and answered any questions we had. One happy customer. ( In my excitement buying the settee I have confused myself with the name of the lady. She is either named Elaine or Claire. I hope I haven’t offended her ).
