Cracking product with Fantastic customer support 💪

Very helpful and timely responses by customer success
Haven’t received the product yet but have heard great things about it!

I ordered two XL knee braces and received two XL shoulder braces. The packing slip that came with the shoulder braces even listed the two knee braces I ordered so it was not my mistake. Anaconda got back to me fast and sent the two knee braces promptly after I submitted photos of the mistake. That was all handled great.

What was not great, was that it was now my responsibility to print out the packing label they emailed me and get the shoulder braces to USPS for the return when I’m already extremely busy everyday. They didn’t even print it out and send it with the knee braces.

So all in all, I paid full price and had to do extra work because of their mistake.

Per the company’s reply I think this situation is fully rectified and I appreciate their help in getting everything sorted out.

Since contacting you all about my issue it’s been handled swiftly and professionally. My emails were responded to very quickly and each time I’ve been given a solution with options. You never made me feel like a bother or that my money was lost. You’ve showed me and made me feel important and a valued customer. I will definitely recommend and purchase again.

This company has excellent products and great after-sales service. I definitely recommend them and wish them continued success. Love them! ❤️

Amazing company: responsive, kind and professional. They resolved my size exchange issue and went overboard in making sure I was taken care of. I can't say enough nice things about how they do business. Will definitely buy more of their products and would recommend them to any and everyone.

The Anaconda braces are much better than any local shop ones I have tried as they are more robust and hold the area required better with more thought put into their making. I even bought the knee massagers and am really impressed with those too!

My leg measured at a XXL but it was too big and Anacondas customer service was extremely helpful in getting it exchanged for a smaller size

The best customer service I have ever experienced

The knee braces that I have are very good and I turn around and purchase the knee brace the heats your knee for therapy love it . Also I like how the company responds to you right away if you have any issues.

Like a lot of people i was very skeptical of the product, i have a torn upper bicep and shoulder and this brace is definitely helping. It holds my bicep and shoulder firmly for great support and it’s comfortable! Adjusts easily!
Took advantage of getting 2 braces in different sizes and Im returning the one that’s too large for a smaller size. That process was very smooth and easy.
There is an over abundance of product gimmicks out there but this is not! Made extremely well, very happy with my purchase!!

Completely screwed up my $270 order. They have ai handle their customer support. Endlessly asking the same questions via email. Sent me only 1 item. Save your money go elsewhere. They are a headache

Anaconda is a top notch company. I have bought several products from them and they are comfortable, durable, and provided the stability I needed to continue to train.

On a recent purchase, I received a defective product, and within a day they had shipped out a replacement free of charge. They are true to their word and really do care about their customers.

The ankle brace that I purchased was for my significant other and it didn’t fit well. So, I had to return it and the process of returning it was very simple and easy. The communication with the representatives was great and they kept me informed on what to expect.

Products are good quality and customer service is excellent.

Not only are you getting the best wraps, the customer service is awesome. They will go the extra mile for you! Don't waste your money on crap like copper fit, like I did. Anaconda is by far the best!!!

I wasnt going to review but I just keep seeing reviews and wonder if someone was paid to post them. Knee brace is not a good product, no support.

I had to return the items I purchased due ONLY to my struggles with arthritic problems at almost 80 years of age. Their products were first rate and I am sorry my body wasn’t cooperating in range of movement! But these folks understood my challenges! Very kind!

I had to request an exchange and it was very easy! Very nice support.
