Anantara the palm dubai- although things may go wrong the staff are always working extremely hard to make your stay amazing.

I have to say it’s one of my favourite hotels to stay in dubai I have been 4 times now and they are amazing.

Although things went wrong (pool outside our room not maintained well) the managers help to assist you was second to non.

I had to jump on here and give this review because the staff work so very hard to maintain excellence

We stayed at The Anantara Palm Resort Dubai in November 2022. We had the most amazing and enjoyable stay, our room was so beautiful and right on the lagoon which is spectacular, Wow! I cannot praise the staff enough, each and every one of the staff were kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful and made our stay one to remember, so much so, we're going back again in November. The receptionists were outstanding 10/10. I highly recommend the Anantara Palm Resort Dubai.

Anantara Koh Samui. Not a good experience. Thankfully we are only here for 4-nights. The staff are excellent and work very hard to make you happy. However, the hotel is old, tired and poorly maintained. Shame on the Board of this Company for trying to make todays customers pay for its Covid losses. For instance, in a £400 a night room; one sink that takes 10-mins to drain, one wardrobe with 8 hangers for two people, tired, wet, old garden furniture, old electrics that work sometimes and sometimes don't, a Holiday Inn type buffet breakfast with cold crispy bacon (you know what I mean!) Needless to say, will not repeat. And these guys own Four Seasons ... hmmm.

We have just come back from Anantara in Dubai, absolutely fantastic. We have been on some holidays over the years but this is up there with the best. Staff were friendly and helpful, our lagoon room was brilliant and clean. The food in every restaurant was beautiful, we would highly recommend choosing this hotel as adults only or with children as our 6 year old loved it too...... we will be back.

We stayed ten nights at ANANTARA Kalutara in Sri Lanka. It’s probably the best experience we have ever had. Thanks to the whole team from reception to gardner/security. Special thanks to Priyantha, Lalith and chef Aruna Kumara in the restaurant. The Chef’s food was excellent especially the crab curry. They went beyond the call of duty, made our stay very special and above our expectations . Look forward to seeing them all next year. Thank you all.
