Taking collagen regularly and at the recommended dose allows your body to absorb and use it effectively. Factors like age, lifestyle, overall health, and product quality can all influence results. The body will also prioritise where collagen is needed most, such as joints or gut health.
As with any supplement, maintaining a consistent routine is essential to see results.
For our Collagen, we recommend 5-10g per day which is equivalent to 1-2 heaped teaspoons.

Customer service brilliant
Customer service was brilliant when I needed additional packets of Pure Collagen prior to upcoming holidays. The very helpful lady suggested I tried the small once a day sachets which were easy to transport. Only niggle was the sachet tear off strip didn’t work for me so used scissors to open it instead. I’m a very happy customer & can highly recommend Pure Collagen I’ve been consuming for years.

Great product and service overall
The collagen product is very effective. I noticed a difference with tighter skin over my eyelids within weeks, and less crepey skin under my arms too. In fact I was so pleased with it, my partner decided to give it a try too, and we are now devotees, using it daily. Very simple to use, no smell or taste. My only criticism is minor, and relates to ordering a subscription. Whilst that is easy to set up, and indeed adjust in terms of getting it sooner or delaying the order, it would be helpful to have more options for frequency of delivery when setting it up, so not having to change timings on an ongoing basis. Otherwise the product and service are excellent.

Best products I have ever used
Best products I have ever used! I use the Collagen and Magnesium and both have proven amazing! I used to suffer from hip pain, no more pain since taking the collagen. I take 2 magnesium tablets before bed and sleep has never been better! It's quite pricey, but worth it! Keep up the great work A&B!

I've tried other Collogen products over…
I've tried other Collogen products over the years, but this is the one I notice when i don't take it - for example, if I've been away for a week and forgot it!
I've used it now for a fair few years and find it's a really good product and easy to add into my hot coffee in the morning

Bovine Collagen
Been taking the bovine collagen for 8 months now and I definitely see a big change in my hair and skin . I don’t get any spots anymore even hormonal ones and my hair feels so much better and sheds half as much as before .
I mix mine with coffee and there’s no weird taste to it.
I highly recommend 😊
