I’ve been really impressed with the products I’ve tried from Ancient & Brave, particularly Wild Collagen, True Omegas and True Nightcap.
I started taking Wild Collagen at the beginning of the year after hearing so much about collagen and its potential benefits. For me, it has genuinely helped reduce the muscle stiffness I occasionally experienced, and it has become a staple of my daily health routine alongside True Omegas.
More recently, Ancient & Brave kindly shared some samples of True Nightcap with me, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The lemon and ginger flavour is delicious and makes for a wonderfully soothing evening drink, making it a lovely addition to my bedtime routine.

I can feel it in my bones
I can feel it in my bones! The difference has been notable as a perimenopausal woman who hurt with every step. I even bought the travel packets to take on holiday as I wouldn’t want to go without. Tasteless and dissolves completely in my morning latte or blended cold with ice into my smoothie. I am on a subscription which is well managed and adaptable for my life, customer service has been great and I love the odd free gift I have been sent. I love it.

Believe product has helped to reduce joint pain due to arthritis. Also noticed an improvement in hair loss.
