Mayra was a wonderful customer service representative who handled my issue. They are a very good company to do business with.

I have received top-notch customer service from the Ancient Remedies team, and ESPECIALLY FROM “BIEHN”. I had made an error with the delivery address when I ordered and paid for the books. BIEHN quickly notified me of the non-delivery problem which I then corrected. Her communication was precise and friendly, and greatly appreciated by me. Biehn’s efficiency in doing her job well resolved the problem promptly, enabling my order to be delivered without further delay. Thank you BIEHN.

I reached out and was answered almost immediately .
They said they would look into my issue. With in a short and perfect amount of time someone got back to me, and resolved my issue right away. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you again to staff Mayra. I appreciate you.

The product itself is very interesting

I received the hard copies within days without problem. However I have encountered difficulty in downloading digital content and I have to request for a refund of the undelivered goods.

The aftersales service was surprisingly good. Within minutes of sending an eMail to Ancient Remedies, Biehn replied to me by offering help to retrieve the digital publications. Even though it was not successful at the end and a refund was requested, I am very happy with the experience by being able to communicate with Biehn who was very patient and understanding on my situation.

However, I would purchase hard copies and not to order the digital editions based on my experience.

I ordered two copies of the Ancient Remedies, one for myself and one for my mom. But only one came as it was missed that I ordered two. I immediately reached out to customer service and Mayra, the customer service representative, was extremely kind and did everything to ease my mind as I was nervous initially ordering because I wasn't sure I would even get the legitimate books since I have been scammed before by other companies for other products. She literally went above and beyond and basically held my virtual hand through all of this, letting me know what was happening. And when I received my order and I told her about the order mistake, she immediately put it through to ship another order. It just arrived today. Both orders shipped quickly. Mayra is a top notch customer service representative! Thank you, Mayra! ❤️

My connection with Biehn began when I submitted a letter of complaint to the company regarding my difficulty maneuvering through the order form. He responded not by justifying the company's marketing policy but by expressing his understanding and support for the frustration and confusion I experienced while placing my order. In addition he took two important actions to ease my situation. The first was that he got back to me immediately to reassure me that my order was placed correctly and I was not overcharged. He followed that up by promising me he would raise my complaint to management and see if the matter could be changed or rectified. So in addition to acquiring a book revealing nature's secrets to attaining good health I came away with something far more valuable, a new friend.

The customer service team was very responsive to my ordering question. The issue was completely resolved within a couple of hours.

Was having a question for an order and Clark replied to me very quickly , and we were communicating as if we were on whatsapp... I got the accurate reply to my question and also a refund because there was a misunderstanding with my command. Finaly I got more informations that I was looking for at the beginning. He was veeeery helpfull to me. Thank you very much ! It was much apreciated as it's really not often like that .

I don't think Ancient Remedies is trustworthy.
Their website says that there is a 3-5 day delivery time.
After I ordered I had to ask several times for an expected receipt date.
When I finally received a link to my order I could see that it would be shipped from China.
After further correspondence with Ancient Remedies I was told that there was a 4 week delivery time.
At that time I am on vacation and therefore cannot receive the Ancient Remedies natural healing book.
Untrustworthy company

today 04/06/2026 my order arrived .
Nice! - only 20 days delivery time, but still much more than the 3-5 days that are advertised.
I had been told that the order would not arrive until between 10/06/2026 - 16/06/2026 - so something happens when you 'complain' to TRUST

The customer's support was excellent, quick and very kind. I ordered the book on plant remedies, and I'm eager to start using them. Thank you for the work.

I did not receive my book when it was expected to arrive so I sent an email. I got a response immediately. The address was incomplete. I gave the proper address and my book is on it’s way!
