Be aware and do not order anything!
Website and their system + support looks helpful and alright at the beginning.

However as soon as you send them money, they will notify you that the money arrived and then they stop responding.

We sent them more than 500€ for one of touch screens (Toyota Land Cruiser 150) two months ago (14/10/2019) and we did not receive any product yet (17/12/2019), we don't have money and they are not communicating at all. You are not able to connect with them at phone or email.

We started a law action against them + communication with the bank and contacted Police. The seller has still time to send us money back. But they are not responding.

PS: This company has another company called (autoandroidshop.com) ali Graviton.no! It has same owner Mr. Kivarkis.

Order was never shipped. Seller was not answering on any messages. Contacted Paypal to get my money back. Could not recommend to buy there!

Missing items, wrong items, Unit not working and no answer.

Before you order there product everthing goes well and after you place your payment they stop answering. I have ordered a unit for my Toyota Auris and did not get some Iso cable which I cannot find in my country, they have answered me after I contacted paypall..
Worst online shop ever,wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
It has passed 3months as I have placed the payment and am still waiting for the cable to arrive.

I bought a head unit and an Extensions cable for my BMW e39. The head unit arrived after 3 weeks. But the cable was missing. I got in contact with the support. But they didn't reply for over a week by now.

Bought a VW Tiguan entertainment system and the player itself has so far worked good. Have not tested the Dab+ to much yet but it works good in the city. They also ship fast. From ordered to delivered is about 4-5 days. The reason for 2 stars is the custom support. Pre sale support is very good with answers within hours, but after sale there is no answer. There is no installation guide with the player (or accessories), and nothing on the website. There are some terrible pictures of some kind but they are not useful. And they also charge "taxfree shipping for eu" even though Norway is not in eu. So you have to pay for shipping (otherwise free) and also tax.

I Previously bought different headunits from different brands, and all of them had issues. Got explained in full details about all the different brands of units i have bought in the past that have failed me.

They explained why my old EONON, Erisin, Xtrons, Joying brands always break and what exactly is wrong with them they pinpointed everything with such a great accuracy, I was baffled by their knowlegde.

They gave me a link to a product with a promo code. They explained in full detail why this unit is better, they said it has the best soundchip in any android units, and DSP which makes the sound even better better bluetooth module, a better screen and power delivery unit.

So i got the unit. but as with all android units there is no install manual, sendt them a message and they sent me an install video and instructions on what needs to be connected, installed it and everything worked out of the box!

Fantastic service to see they take the time to help me. can recommend this to anyone :)
