Coffee is so flavorful!! I get the flavored coffees--both regular and decaf and they are both excellent!! Be sure and order a good two weeks before your supply is out as it does take a long time to get delivered!!

I think I received my first order over 2 years ago, and was so pleased I will not buy my coffee anywhere else! The best coffee ever! Shipping is also excellent. I have tried many flavors. They are all really good, however I’m very fond of Breakfast Blend and Jamaica Me Crazy!
There’s no need to but coffee any where else. The selection of coffees and cappuccinos is the best you will ever find!

I wish I read these reviews before I place the order because I bought 60 bucks worth of coffee and the first Colombian medium roast put in my coffee maker just number one the the cup K-Cup was very light and I thought that was seemed unusual and then I did a cup and it literally tasted like warm hot water it was just no Colombian taste to it at all and I have done what I could to get them to respond in some way positive to me but that didn't happen so I'm just going to live with it and tell you that if I were you I wouldn't buy their coffee and this probably will never hit the reviews

We are truly sorry to hear that you weren't a fan of our Colombian Nariño. We here at Angelino's Coffee proudly offer 20% more coffee in each cup. We do have a lot of customers who adore a strong cup of coffee. If you could please try to brew a smaller water-ounce setting with the K-Cup? This should make the coffee a little stronger for you.
To clarify, we had offered two options: a $10.00 promotional code that could be applied toward a future order, or, if you preferred not to return the coffee, a 20% refund on your purchase.
When you requested the $10.00 credit, we understood that you were referring to the promotional code. However, that was not the option you were requesting. We did go ahead and process the 20% refund for you.
Cheap Company! Bad Customer Service.
I ordered a variety pack & they forgot a few flavors. When I called woman told me to video the kcups or repackage them after they were in the holder. I am disabled. They then said we will give you 20 percent off. I wanted the coffee I ordered. I told them adios and keep the 11 dollars. Bad Quality Service!

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize that you received an uneven quantity of the coffees you ordered. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, and we want to assure you that this was certainly not our intention.
We also understand from our previous correspondence that, due to your disability, you were unable to provide photographs of the items you received. We completely understand and recognize that there are alternative ways for us to assist you when photographs are not possible.
Our records indicate that we subsequently asked you to provide a simple list, either by email or over the phone, identifying which coffees were missing from your order. This information is necessary for us to determine exactly which products need to be replaced. Without knowing which coffees were missing, we are unable to ensure that we send you the correct items.
We truly did our best to work with you and find an alternative way to obtain the information we needed so that we could identify the missing coffees and make sure the appropriate items were sent to you. Our goal throughout this process was to find a solution that would work for you and ensure you received the coffees you were expecting. Because we weren't able to procure the list from you, we went ahead and refunded 20% of the total cost of your order.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
GREAT TASTE, MALFUNCTIONING PODS
I purchased four boxes of your Italian roast. The flavor is fantastic however; however, the aluminum on top of the pods seems to either be stretched too tight or too thick. It is very difficult for my needle to go through the top of the pods and after it does go through and the coffee starts brewing, it pops. Might have not exploded like the ones from your customer that complained about the pots exploding in July, but I’m afraid that this will happen to me as well. How can we resolve this issue? I’m afraid to continue using Angelina’s because I’m afraid it will ruin my Keurig. I do not believe it is the Keurig problem. It is definitely the covers of the pods.
