The Jamaican Me Crazy and French Vanilla coffee are so tasteful. The flavors are absolutely delicious. Only wish Irish Cream was a regular coffee to order

Angelino’s Coffee has the best, boldest flavor I have tasted since leaving Europe! From my very first sip of the Italian Roast Extra Dark Roast, it was truly “love at first sip.”

In one word: Delicious! My nephew who previously drank only a certain major brand, has become an Angelino's convert. My favorite for breakfast is the Hawaiian Ka'u and the Cocoa Crisp topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream makes a fabulous dessert.

I have truly been impressed with Angelinos coffee. My favorite is the Java Mocha. But so many of them are good.
I’m not normally very fond of flavored coffees but Angelinos has swayed my tastes.

The Coffee is Beyond Delicious

I love the taste of the half-caf but the coffee taste is not my issue. The problem is that all of a sudden, their pods now explode in my machine. It never happened before and it doesn't happen with any other brand, just Angelinos. When I wrote to them, they blamed the coffee maker and said the needle wasn't sharp enough. They suggested I push the pod in to pop the kcup first, then brew the coffee. Nope! Their pods still exploded. The fact that they didn't take responsibility for what probably is a kcup manufacturing defect has made me lose faith in their product. Much to my chagrin, they didn't even offer to try and make it right. Goodbye Angelinos!

I recently bought angelino's coffee as a first time buyer. The buying and delivery process was flawless and ease to use. I also had to contact their customer service for a question I had and the customer service rep that helped me was Diana. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. She has an outstanding work ethic that is hard to find these days. She really cared about me, my order, and my concerns. She rates a 5 stars out of 5, exceeding all my expectations. I will purchase from Angelino's again.

Speedy delivery. The aroma of this coffee drew me in and now it's the only coffee I brew. I also gift it to friends and family.

I skeptically purchased a Keurig machine and tried a couple different brands of coffee but was not satisfied with the flavor. I found Angelino’s and now I won’t drink anything else. I get the dark roasts and they are by far the best! I highly recommend this coffee whether you use a Keurig or not.

I ordered a large quantity of items and did not receive them at all. The order seems to be lost with no information. I contacted the company several times and all they offered was a 10% credit to my $80.00 order. Still no delivery and no contact after several complaints. this is truly ridiculous . Extremely poor customer service.

The coffee is genuinely good, which is the only reason this review isn't a 1-star rating. Unfortunately, everything else about my experience has been frustrating.

The customer service is terrible. Kelly has been the most difficult customer service representative I've dealt with. I offered to pay the additional cost to have my order shipped via UPS 3-Day instead of Amazon Shipping because I wanted fresher coffee, but my request was flatly refused without any effort to help.

As a former Amazon employee, I've seen firsthand how unreliable Amazon Shipping can be. My orders consistently take about **nine days** to arrive. Coffee is a fresh product, and waiting that long significantly impacts the quality by the time it reaches my door.

What really pushed me to write this review was how my concerns were handled. I requested a refund because of the poor experience, but my request was completely ignored. I even offered to return the coffee at my own expense if they would issue a refund, and I never received any response. Being ignored after trying to resolve the issue professionally is unacceptable.

Angelino's sells a quality coffee, but great coffee alone doesn't make up for poor customer service, inflexible shipping policies, and ignoring customers when there's a problem. Until they start treating customers with respect and offering better shipping options, I can't recommend them despite enjoying the coffee itself.
