Anglian Plumbing Heating and Electrics Reviews 

I have used Anglian Plumbing for several years now to service my boiler. They are very reliable and send out annual reminders when my services are due, very helpful.

This company were very professional.

They did some work for us today-14th June 2024-installation of a new toilet in our utility room. It was an excellent job carried out by Lance and Laurence. The work was clean and done without fuss. The cost was highly reasonable. In fact Lance got the toilet for us and we paid him. We are elderly and this saved us having to go to showrooms to view different toilets-Lance sent us pictures of the various toilets that we could have in the space involved.

This company had done work for us some months before when they fixed a leak in our oil boiler-we have had no further trouble after Lance fixed a new part.

I had to use Anglian PHE om more than one occasion. The first expereince was an emergency for a gas boiler. Anglian rearranged their workload so they could come out immediately as it was winter and I had no heating or hot water. They could not fix the problem on that day as a spare part was needed but returned a few days later to do the job. On the second occasion an upstairs toilet was leaking for some months without my initially realising as the water went into the skirting board. Anglian quickly realised that the part used to install the toilet was not suitable. They got the replacement part fitted and also made good the installation because the toilet was not stable the first time it was fitted. I am very happy with the work and service provided with Anglian as well as their speedy callout times, so will definitely use them again

Prompt efficient service. When you have a leak you need a plumber fast. AnglianPHE who had been recommended by a neighbour, responded next day and resolved our problem expertly and reasonably.

We called in Lance and his team from anglianphe,they installed a toilet and macerator and hand basin and with a hand water heater as well for us, with all the plumbing and electrical works , very please and would highly recommend 5 stars ✨

Anglian Plumbing made the whole experience of installing a new boiler as stress free as possible. We received clear advice as to the problem and the solution. We were kept updated whilst the solution was sourced, ordered and delivered. Lance and Lawrence were clean and tidy and caused as little disruption as possible to us. The work was carried out well and efficiently. Lance and Lawrence understood that our dogs had to be kept secure and doors could not be left open. Thoroughly recommended and very nice people into the bargain!
