I recently purchased three 50x70cm prints from Animato, and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the service. The prints arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition, and the quality exceeded my expectations.

What truly sets Animato apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, answering all my questions promptly and making the whole buying experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers, and Animato definitely does.

Great service, easy to speak to customer service and the prints are high quality

Excellent quality product, safely delivered. After having frames broken in transit twice by another company I was super impressed by how well the Animato prints were packaged.

The artwork arrived promptly but was slightly bent in transit.

This company steals small artists’ prints (in low resolution as it is unauthorized use!) without crediting them. I’ve noticed they sell prints that I own originals of - they change the print’s name and dimensions to hide! Horrible and unethical busines!

I had a minor issue - a sticky label caused a little damage to one of my prints but 1 quick email (with photos) from me and I got an immediate reply and replacement next day. Things sometimes go wrong but can't fault the customer service. The prints are top quality and represent great value

Two framed for my bedroom. Then an unframed recently. The unframed fit perfectly in my spare A1 frame.

First rate service. There was a problem with Royal Mail which wasn’t Animato’s fault but they sorted out the issue. Highly recommended.

This poster arrived with damage to the paper despite the tube being absolutely perfect, so it must have already been damaged when it was packed

I have ordered three animals in costume posters on separate dates. They have arrived very quickly carefully packaged. All three are absolutely gorgeous. They brighten up my living room wall. Admired by everyone that sees them. Such lovely subjects. Thank you. Ink & Drop.

The prints I ordered arrived efficiently. However, their quality is very poor; the colours are patchy, smudgy and lack clarity. For example, on one print the Japanese symbols are discoloured with patchy streaks. I received a refund and Ed phoned me to understand my dissatisfaction with the quality, which I was impressed with.

Poor quality for the price and part of the text on the poster is covered by the frame. Similar items are available for half the price from other vendors (I've since discovered).
I emailed about a return twice but have received no reply, so terrible customer service also. Very disappointing all round and I would not recommend.

Beautiful selection of prints. I have three Japanese themed prints which I am delighted with. I also purchased a framed print which has pride of place in my bedroom and evokes memories of our wonderful travels through the magical Japan.
I would recommend this site for the quality and unusual selection of artwork for any budget.
