I am a buyer and have placed previous…

I am a buyer and have placed previous orders with this company with no problem. However, after not using them for, probably over a year, when I went to place a couple of orders, they have removed our credit limit. This is probably due to inactivity and I understand this, BUT it has proved impossible to actually make contact with them in any way whatsoever to enable us to continue trading with their wholesalers.

There is no phone number, no email address and their automated chat is worse than useless.
I therefore now use Creoate and Faire platforms which give us access to the 60 day terms. This is a shame as there are wholesalers on Ankorstore we would very much like to trade with.

We receive details of offers on a daily basis, but not being able to contact a company you are doing business with, is an absolute no no.

AVOID /unfair TRADING
I do not understand why they operate in UK . they cancelled my orders for 3 times without any reason although we are a big company and we placed orders with similar wholesalers. the brands they have a re not genuine , They are thieves . they keep your money for a long time then they cancel your order and you nag them for a refund . WILL NEVER USE THEM . Need to seek a legal advice as they discriminate their buyers . Their customer service are useless and unprofessional .
They caused us a big loss.

Please don't

I’m just so surprised how it is possible to have any turnover - while treating customers like a piece of xx. We are finally able to go to off-line events after corona and I wanted to introduce new products to my customers. I did marketing well & made my customers excited.

Now 10 days after I placed an order (yes. I paid). I have not received anything, I have been contacting the customer service several times and they simply tell you “it will be solved/ It’s already solved..” Nothing has happened. Wasting of time - please don’t do business with this company.

(btw. Those 5 star reviews are fake. Many of them are from someone who works at Ankorstore)

Appalling Customer service and anti sales Brands Beware

Opened second business, totally different to first. Placed order, they took money and then for 14 days strung me along before cancelling order without any explanation or anything.

Customer service is shocking but they have some brands others dont which we wanted to stock. Wasnt asking for credit, paid up front for order and treated appalingly.

Would recommend Brands look elsewhere as we have opened accounts with Faire and Creoate without any issues. Supplied proof of business and even given 60 days credit terms.

All you get are patronising emails or excuses like we cant tell you why thats handled by finance or other such excuses.

Check out the other reviews as we are certainly not alone in receiving such shoddy service as a retailer

Unethical company

I placed a wholesale order several weeks ago and went through the validation process. Prior to that I had taken time to check my eligibility before ordering. I even took pre-orders from my customers in advance. I now find out several weeks later that my order cannot be fulfilled and no reason has been given apart from this, verbatim; "Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information to provide as this sensitive topic is managed by our Finance team."

They still bombard me with marketing emails that they cannot fulfil.

dreadful

Terrible worst customer service ever the first order was ok then when i ordered again awful the worst platform in all my years trading No communication from the seller a bill for import charges which they say they are paying took a huge risk paying it not even knowing who the carrier was applied for the refund as per instructions and have never had it refunded they say they cant notify you, the customer service is one of those dreadful automated things tried various combinations before getting the right option then when i finally did get a human they were as much use as a chocolate teapot still no refund avoid at all costs

Great online platform with many…

Great online platform with many independent businesses to shop from. Many of the brands they host we have shopped previously and trust already. We mainly focus on ethical, sustainable and plastic-free products. You can benefit from free shipping when reaching a minimum total order of £300.

We are a small business just opened this April. Ankorstore has been a cornerstone of our survival and an invaluable resource for our products. We had a few hiccups, being new to the business, and they were so helpful and solved all our issues efficiently and without fuss. They continue to be our first port of call and we look forward to a long working relationship.

Lower Minimum Orders Means More Variety

Ankorstore allows me to offer a great variety of products to my customers due to the smaller minimum order requirements. The free shipping when I purchase a combined total of £300 is a godsend, saving me countless shipping fees.

Avoid This Company. Worst Experience in 22 Years Trading

Sit down! This will take a while to explain why you shouldn't do business with Ankorstore! My worst business experience in 22 years running shops and importing from the EU to the UK (despite Brexit).
I was excited to join Ankorstore in early October 22, an offer of £100 discount sounded great. That's where the fun ended. I eagerly placed 5 orders, the end result as of 11th Nov, I still don't have nearly half of my orders, they have my money, and they don't want to talk!
Out of 5 orders, one vendor Supersec took my money for some time, then decided they can't afford to send it. I chased Supersec up a few times, and was told to stop messaging them! I slowly got that part refunded. I wrote a bad review about Supersec, I rarely do, and out of no where I started getting messages from Ankorstore suggesting I take my review down, followed a week or so later getting an out of the blue reply by Supersec on my Facebook review telling me I'm potentially breaking the law by complaining!
Another part of my order was with La Biscuiterie Namuroise, they took my money at the start of October, lost the first 4 parcels, told me to reorder again, trying to have faith I did and guess what, the 2nd lot of 4 parcels have gone missing (to date 11.11.22) despite multiple messages to Ankorstore I've got no reply. And La Biscuiterie Namuroise say they can't assist.
I import from Belgium most days, and this has to be the worst experience I've had trading with suppliers.

Waste of time for small retailors

Hi

I was very disappointed by bankorstore service.I placed the 1st order and it was cancelled without any reason . 1 then place, 2nd order debit/creditcard cash order, but because they cant validate my details .

placed 3rd order worth 350 pounds without any promotion code. Guess what they are asking for documents again. All the documents provided then asking for a website link and proof of ownership. I work out and somehow provide them with that as well . I got an email saying we can't validate your account .pathetic customer service pthaetic website do not waste your time theres plenty of more wholesealer .I repeat do not waste your time here and do not recomended to anyone .

I also doubted becouse my name is Muhammad and this is the main reason for all three orders canceld

They are a scam!!!

I am a retailer and signed up to purchase from my favorite brands. I also referred brands and got a credit of €1300. I already made a purchase through the Ankorstore platform without a problem. Then I made my second purchase and I got denied. They did not gave me a reason for denying my order, and the credit was put back into my account. Then they denied my account from ever purchasing from a brand again, leaving my credit in my account that I could not reach. I reached out to them so many times, never got a response. I am beyond disappointed and I just want to cash out my credit, as this is basically stealing from me. Never go to this platform!

*Update: Never got a response back after I contacted customer service….. still not resolved

Aweful customer service

Aweful customer service. We are a brand and been trying to get in touch with support for weeks now, no reply at all. There are a lot of bugs in the system. Not sure what is going on over there but this usually is a very vad sign. We are going to close our account. We will continue to use Faire instead, amazing software and really good customer support.

Brands avoid Ankorstore at all costs

Brands avoid Ankorstore at all costs. A retailer claimed they never received an order I sent them even though there is a proof they signed for it and left me a scathing 1 star review full of lies. I contacted Ankorstore customer services and they said there is nothing they can do. I was in absolute shock they sided with a retailer who was blatently lying. The customer services agent called Donna then shut the chat, and then CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND SHOP! This is absolutely disgraceful. I never want anything to do with this scum of the earth platform ever again.

I have had several very difficult…

I have had several very difficult transactions with Ankorstore who appear to want to avoid responsibility by frequently amending terms and conditions and applying them retrospectively. It genuinely is like 'computer says no" sketch! There hasn't been an order without some problem (I've had 35 brand orders) and very little appetite to help until you are forced to kick up an enormous fuss when they decide that they will remedy the situation after all. The hassle outweighs the benefit ultimately and I now source directly from the brands rather than Ankorstore.
