Ankorstore Donates our products because of their fault.

We have been selling in Ankorstore for a while.

Recently we have sold something which costs £246 to France.
Because of a bug on the admin page, Ankorstore said that we will get 0 (zero) for this order.

The customer says the country of manufacture is the UK on the website but the labels on the products say Made in Turkey. And Ankorstore immediately refunds customers WITHOUT asking for anything from us.

We got a message from the customer; she refuses to pay, and refuses to return them, but admits the products are high quality and she will keep them.

We dispatch from the UK so we have to write UK on the MANUFACTURE COUNTRY box on the admin page... Because if we write TURKEY, UPS cannot come and collect the items from our UK branch. Where we are located.
So this is an obvious bug on Ankorstore's page. We did nothing wrong.

Ankorstore does not pay

We produce bespoke gold/diamonds jewels.
Ankorstore Customer Service wrote (before we sent the order) that the order would not be cancelled/returned and that they shall process the payment.
Now the customer service does not reply anymore to our emails and we have not been paid.
Terrible customer service and company to deal with.
I highly recommend Faire on the other hand, incredible wholesale marketplace to deal with and always punctual with the payments, never a problem and same trading conditions.

We have recieved broken products

We have recieved broken products, reclaimed them, but for the seller to send us the products again we need a confirmation from Ankorstore. Since one month this confirmation didn't came. I wish I could add pictures of the broken goods here. Order number 1575556. In the past, smaller issues have been resolved quickly- i start to think we are ignored here on purpose. If the AS-Team reads this, give me a working email or telephone number. No chatbox, bot-email or whatever. This purchase is about 4000 Euros, we are customers since more than one year and ordered more than 20 times from you, recommaned brands etc. Get back to us or we are gone and contact the Händlerbund Deutschland about this.

Shocking Customer Service

We are a brand based in the UK. We have been trying to get in touch with someone regarding onboarding. We have been waiting months and not heard from our "agent". Really really poor customer service. Many emails sent to this email address: Ankorstore's team hello@ankorstore. No response.

Listings not showing , months of bad customer service

i own a wholesaler business in the uk .
i went through all the trouble of starting my shop , uploaded products and prices .
after 3 months my listings are not showing on algorythims in the uk or usa, my listings simply dont exist on the system .
i have started and messaged customer support , started 6 cases, been transfered to relevant departments with no reply from them.
Now my listings have been changed to french , but still no searchable listing in the uk or usa .
i think its time to close shop , thank you for wasting hours and days of my precious time , i should submit a bill .

Very usefull concept for small shops

There is always room for improvement ;-)
But I realle like and appreciate the concept that gives small shops/conceptstores the possibility to test new products in the shop, to order smaller quantities and just be flexible.
Thank you for this concept. I highly recommend!

No payment and No support

I was excited to be invited to be on Ankorstore UK but unfortunately I still haven't been paid for an order. My account is setup in Euro's and not GBP. It was meant to be changed back in May. Sadly I cannot recommend, support is only bots and tickets don't seem to work to find help from a real person.

As a shop owner I faced the situation…

As a shop owner I faced the situation when my product was sold, dispatched in a proper course and I have not got payment after more than two months. It turned out that they were unable to work with my bank, but no one let me know and they did not care. Eventually, I switched to my another bank account and got the money. Overall, I can't say this is a good service..

Indie retailer trying new brands

As a small retail shop ankorstore have given me the opportunity to try some new brands, low risk because I only need to order £100 at a time.
Lots more I’d like to try too, huge selection of brands.

Great range of Indy producers

Great range of Indy producers and many alternatives to other we'll known wholesalers. Quality is excellent, shipping is fast amd import fees from the EU are also covered. Payment terms are also excellent

Unprofessional

Ankorstore are Awesome

Ankorstore have suggested several great stores and outlets to me to possibly purchase from for my business. Due to this I have made some very successful purchases for my shop.
The contact and information from them is great. They keep you so updated with your orders progress and do not pay the seller until you have received your goods and are pleased with them. You then let them know and the seller is then paid.
I will certainly recommend them to everybody and certainly continue to use them myself.

Poor customer support

I have used Ankorstore several times and used to love it. All of a sudden I had to pay in advance instead of the 30-days I used to choose before. I asked why and first I got the answer that the reason was because I am located in Sweden, the next time I got accused of not have been paying on time (which is not correct). I asked which invoice the accusation was regarding, but the customer simply answered that they could not help me with that information... Poor customer support is a very efficient way to loose a customer!

DON’T USE ! - Appalling company & Customer Service

DON’T USE !
Received an order that was damaged - refusing to cancel the invoice and has credited my account !
Making me pay an invoice for damaged goods !
Customer service is shocking they have no answers so they cut your emails off and tell you to start the message process again !
I won’t be using ankorstore again !
I told them this and they won’t cancel the invoice, had to speak to citizens advice who told me to cancel the payment card so they can’t take payment !
Horrible people and company and the orders I’ve received have all been damaged - BEWARE !
