I send 4 email the never respond, i item is not vailable and they dont refund my money, i dont recive my order since 3 month.

The worst thing that ever happened to me in my online experience thanks to annafile my order never arrived nor do I receive a refund. It’s been 6 months since I made my order.

Waited about 3 months for my order to come in, while they said there is nothing to worry about, it just takes a little bit longer to deliver in these corona-times. finally I get a mail that they won't be able to deliver the goods, and if I want, I could get my money back (and the other option was to get a voucher for their website to order something else- NO WAY). I told them I want my money back, and since then I did not hear nothing from them anymore, and of course the money never was refunded.... I paid via Paypal, and Paypal let me know they can not do anything about this.

Do not order here.
This is a spam website, Order in March, never received the goods, or reply for your e-mails.

I ordered items several months ago and paid for them. I have sent so many e mails and heard nothing. Absolute scam.

I ordered and paid for pants that never arrived!! When I tried to email using the address provided the email bounced back.
TOTAL SCAM!!!

I'm going to report them. More people.need to report them. This place is a scam. They ripped.me.off as well.

I can’t believe I’ve been ripped off? This site is everywhere WHY HASNT IT BEEN TAKEN OFF FACEBOOK??? £100 down I am, the really bad thing is they have some great looking stuff.
Has anyone ever got what they ordered? I will never make this mistake again EVER!

It's a scam. If you ordered something, call your credit card company and challenge the transaction.

Annafile and chicshes are the same exact website with different names. It's a Chinese scamming group. Buyer beware!!!!

Faaaaake like alloyly and other scam chinise site

i ordered jeans on annafile.com 9th december. That time in Russia we didnt know about pandemic yet, so i waited my order 3 month. in january support reply yet, in february i asked to decline my order and refund me money back (with delivery was 45,43$), in support said in 7-10 business days refund will come... nothing ccame still, already 8th may, im so angry, never been so angry really, that such online-store lied to me and not sent my order and not send money back still. and when i sent plenty messages to them through sites and to email i didnt get answer still!!! by email came message that email not exist, through site showing that problem with logistics or etc.
waiting useless und useless spent money. ven pandao and aliexpress through dispute send money back always!!!

Its a fraud website, DO NOT BUY from there! They stole the products from famous brands and they try to steal your money. I bought from them and never got my products, they are a group of fraud websites somewhere in China and they own 3 or 4 similar fraud websites. I wish i googled their name before i made the purchase. Thank god my credit card protected me and refunded my money

Ordering 2 pair of pants in January.
Tried to email and email does not exist.

I hate this business. I ordered from them 3 months ago and still have not received my item. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered the overall jumpsuit back in November 2019 still haven't received it till this day and I can't get my money back. What is up with that? They are a total scam and should be sued for false advertising.

Absolute RIP OFF!!! Do not fall for this scam. Ordered 3 pieces. 1 arrived 2.5 months later... didn’t have a another piece I ordered then got another piece. Poorest of poor quality. I wish I looked at this website before I handed over my hard earned cash. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CRIMINAL COMPONY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

Ordered the 1st week of February, 3 items, only 1 item was received and wasn't the correct pants. Tried to email to follow up on the remaining items and/or cancel my order to get a refund for the remaining items, email was kicked back saying not a good email! This company is a SCAM and take your money and should be banned from all social media sites! I keep trying to report them to Facebook to remove as they are scam ad's, I hope someone reads this before ordering from them! Worst Idea Ever!!
