I ordered and payed for the plaid sling pants in January and still haven't received them I've been messaging on messenger sent an email and nothing don't order from them😠😠😠!!!!

This company is very poor customer service, the items are never shipped and they wont respond to your emails when attempting to request a refund. I have been waiting for a pair of jeans that they consistently advertise on FACEBOOK on sale for less than what I paid and they still wont deliver the pair of pants I originally paid for.

Do not order from this site! 1 item was not sent to me, and the other one was of terrible quality. After I asked for a refund for the item that was not shipped and for the other item that I returned, they blocked my email and I could no longer contact them.

Hi everyone, steer clear from this Chinese company - they did not ship my order for 2 months now, there's no way to contact them as the verification code at the end of the form is not working and there's no way to contact them. Money lost, and overall it is just a scam.

Sinced 3 months I have ordered a pair of Jeans, still not yet received. I kept getting same answer from different people. And now the e-mail address is no longer valid. My order number 19357191217248, I enquired about my order, now I received this:

Dear customer, we are sorry to inform you that the delivery time will increase due to the current public holidays in China, where the majority of our suppliers are located. Please expect additional time for us to fulfill your order if you place your order after January 21st, 2020. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Thieves and cheats. Sending cheap imitation clothes from China and not fulfilling orders. Just keeping people’s money.

I received a silly cheap jacket for 40.71. but then they charged my card an extra 46.09 for no reason. their customer service submission form is not attended, I tried 4 times over a month to get any response-nothing. their email doesn't work I got an email bounce back saying it's not a functioning email.
I tried a few times on the phone I think it is not real. I am changing my credit card numbers... BS do not go there.

too be fair it's pretty obvious the site is whack full of typos and pixelated images... I just really wanted a silly looking jacket they had... Still it's crazy I had to pay an extra $46 randomly for nothing it showed up at "shoespar" on my credit statement

very bad , another rip off site from china , rediculous how these predators are allowed to pray on the public . I placed my order over thirty days ago , no word from the company , no merchandise , poor customer service , bogus site , the public should be protected from these predators , very angry and disgusted !!! where the hell is my refund !?

Bought a pair of jeans at 8th December on sale and didn't got them. After several tries to have a explanation, they always said their departments were taking attention to the issue, but in reality they did nothing. They even said I ordered jeans on pre-sale, what is false. So, one month later, just asked for full refund at PayPal.
