Irresponsible and unreliable!
Made an order on 12th May.. and since then, RADIO SILENCE! Attempts to contact on multiple channels (emails, whatsapp etc) failed - no response. Sad because i have bought multiple items in the past… but service quality has definitely declihed significantly.

A very bad experience that will not be repeated. I made the purchase on 12/30 and until now I have not received anything. I contacted them a lot without any benefit and the return process has not even been completed.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I ordered 3 dresses on the first day of Ramadan, hoping to wear them for Eid-ul-Fitr. The order took nearly two months to arrive, and during that time, I received no updates or responses despite reaching out multiple times to their support team.
When the dresses finally arrived, none of them fit—the sizing is definitely not true to US sizes and runs very small. The fabric and quality also do not match what’s shown in the website photos. I contacted them immediately after receiving the items to request a return or size exchange, but it’s been over two weeks with no response. I also tried their online return portal, but it says the return window is closed—even though I attempted to return the items as soon as I received them.
To make things worse, the dresses look nothing like the website pictures, the fabric is cheap, and the prices are unreasonably high. I spent money on three dresses that I can’t even use—a complete waste.
I will never order from this store again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Terrible service, misleading photos, poor quality, and zero accountability.

I have finally received my order today, all three items, after a month of placing order. Annah Hariri never responded but I am thankful I received it and my money wasn’t doomed.
I would like to add: the jumpsuit was beautiful but this was a stressful experience. I will not be ordering with them again and I suggest they improve their communication channels as they’ll lose customers if they continue this way.

I am giving 4 star because I recieved parcel after 2.5 months. They suppose to send in 10 days, but I recieved quite late. I thought I got scammed. But to be honest, once I recieved the parcel. I was very happy with the exquisite dresses I bought. Quality is great. I really want they should start doing size 22.
Order never arrived
I placed an order on May 11, and to date, I haven’t received any updates regarding its status. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response.
I’m quite surprised by this lack of communication, especially since I’ve ordered from you three or four times in the past, and my orders were always delivered on time, within a week, without any issues.
I am also surprised to see all these negative reviews. If I've checked before, I would never make the order. It seems something went wrong since they moved to Egypt. Previously the order was shipped from Turkey

So, I used to order two dresses and two scarfs one december 26th 2024, after few weeks I used to change couple of emails with a lady working for Annah Hariri i Egypt, they told me they having problems with operations, they ecouraged me to wait even that I asked for a refund, and since then they aren't reachable on telephone, they don't responde on my emails.
I just want my money back and I dont think I will ever buy from them
SCAM
I ordered from this company on April 29, 2025 and never received an email about shipping. I reached out to them via email multiple times and this is the reply I received. I will be calling my credit card company and filing fraud charges if I can.

File a dispute with your bank
If you’re reading this, file a dispute with your bank NOW! There is absolutely no reason to be waiting a month or more for any kind of response from Annah Hariri. They will not respond to you, not in a week, not in a month, not in a year, not ever. They are not going to refund you and no, they will not send you your order either.
They are a failing business and instead of closing down their website so people don’t mistakenly order from them, they leave it up so they can continue to accrue income without actually losing anything.
I would not be surprised if a class action lawsuit is headed their way.
If you still have hopes that you will receive anything, please stop. Take my advice, just file a dispute with your bank so that you can get your money back and order somewhere else. I promise it will save you the trouble and worries.
Just because they advertise as an Islamic based business, does not mean that they abide by Islamic rules or morals. It’s only a title and nothing more.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: *DO NOT* shop from this company unless you enjoy wasting your time and money. I placed an order over a month ago, and it's still pending. The worst part? Complete radio silence from their customer service team.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I've been met with crickets. No response, no update, no nothing. And to add insult to injury, they've had the nerve to block me on social media.
The lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. It's clear they don't care about their customers or their reputation.
Order from 3/25/2025 still didn't receive
I put an order on 3/25/2025 expecting the order to be delivered a week later. But till this day "5/11/2025" I still didn't receive anything. I contacted customer service through email they assured me they're working on it. It's nearly a $300 order. If they do not send it, I'll talk to my bank. If you can't deliver for a reason don't take our money and return us nothing. THIS IS SOO UNACCEPTABLE AND FRUSTRATING!!!
