Awful!

Awful!! Scammers, don’t buy from these guys! They took my money a month ago and still no sign of my 3 dresses! No response from customer services now either! Absolutely shocking

Unreliable and a scam business

Be very careful when placing an order with them. They havent made any update to my order and now blocked me from their instagram social account. No reply from their customer service in email or whatsapp.
Could you just refund me for my purchase. Your sales just seem to be a scam and you conveniently block a customer from socials when you cant be reached and I have to comment on your social account

SCAM!

I hate writing bad reviews for modest clothing lines, as i love to give business to Muslim owned businesses. Unfortunately, I've had the absolute worst experience with this company. I ordered two dresses for my mother on her birthday, the dresses never even shipped out and her birthday passed. I gave them ample time. I contacted them and asked for a refund. I didnt want the dresses anymore. Its been 5 months. In Feburary, somebody from customer service by the name of Cansel said they will forward the messages to the team and will get back to me, they never did. Its May now. I wrote them many emails, and I think she either blocked me or is ignoring me. I contacted them through instagram, and whatsapp also to no avail. I called their New Jersey number, no answer. no response. This compnay is a scam. I dont know what happened who who runs the company now, but they stole my money. Consumers BE AWARE!!!

A very bad recent experience buying…

A very bad recent experience buying from Anna Hariri. Paid for 3 dresses and after more than 3 months of not delivering and ignoring my emails, I had to ask my bank for action to get my refund. I advise not to buy from them until they reintroduce Paypal payments like they had few years ago. Unfortunately this company adopted scam like practices.

I placed my order since January 6 and…

I placed my order since January 6 and haven't it . I asked for a refund and you guys have refused to refund me. If you are out business, you need to take your website down and stop stealing from your customers. Or if you can't deliver on your promises, refund your customers money. I will be reporting to business bureau. I have back and forth email from your agent where they promised to either refund me or send item, none of which has been fulfilled

Scam

I put an order in early February2025 ,until now I received nothing, I sent multiple emails to customer service but no reply. I also contacted DHL to see if they have any information about my order, they confirmed that a label had been created but nothing was received yet.
I don’t recommend placing orders with Annah Hariri

They never shipped the products

They never shipped the products. They lied in the beginning that they have high order volume but eventually stopped responding. It's been 4 months now. I ordered from them in the past & there were some delays but I did get the dresses and they were beautiful but I think now they just take your money and don't ship anything. It's a complete scam now I can't believe it.

This company is a scam I ordered six dresses and they haven’t even shipped them. It’s been a month and no response from them. I tried email and WhatsApp but they won’t respond. Never buy from this website!

4 months wait and My money is gone….

I placed couple orders at the beginning of January. The orders were never shipped, my money was never refunded and they stopped responding to my emails, comments, messages and even blocked me on social media after I left comments on their page in Instagram. They have time to delete the comments from Instagram and no time to take care of orders or refunds nor to answer our requests. The worst experience ever; no order should take 4 months to arrive and still no ETA available. I’ve been ordering from this websites for yeaaaaars and this is the first time such a thing happens with me. I will leave my orders numbers here if the shipment arrives within the next 2 weeks I will leave an update and consider it a glitch or mistake if not you just proved that you are scamming people and eating haram money while promoting Islamic values and using Islam to take advantage of people.

This company is fraud and a total scam

This company is fraud and a total scam! I ordered dresses from them worth $300 and initially they said there was a delay due to eid break. Then this person said ohh we will look into it and be patient. Its been over a month now and she still give me a BS answer that she transferred my case to her special team! What is this? An FBI case? You need a special team to deliver people their dresses. We work hard for our money!

Take too long time and not delivered yet.

I order 2 dresses on 16th March. Waiting for more than 7 weeks to get my order. The customer service reply in. General statements. And my order still not shipped or even ready. If you want to waste your time and money then order from Annah hariri

This company is a total scam.

This company is a total scam.
Be careful either you will get a very bad quality clothing or you will never receive your order.
Imagine that I ordered in October 2020 so it’s been almost 5 years for 300 dollars.
They never sent anything. I’ve never seen a single dress.
Few months back I’ve managed to contact them via instagram and the lady tried to justify and said she will send me a credit note after that she simply blocked me.
Don’t waste your time and money.

This company tried to promote Islamic values to scam people ans by the end you will be simply scammed.

Never order from them!

Shame on you Annah hariri!

Poor Quality Dresses

I ordered 2 dresses from Annah Hariri's website, and the shipping and processing time shown was more than the actual time. I reached out to them, but they said because of the Eid holidays, they were not processing any orders, but they didn't state that on their website.
I finally received my order through DHL rather than the USPS/UPS stated on their website. Both dresses look like it was made in a rush, with no size tag or labels, so I don't even know if I was sent the wrong size because they do not fit properly. One of them was very different from the picture on the website and the fabric quality does not match the description.
I have bought from them in the past, and I didn't have any issues, but it seems it's either hit or miss. I didn't spend $100+ on dresses to not get the quality I expected, I paid less on shein and temu.
I would say if you are willing to take the risk, bear in mind that you would have to pay for the return shipping if you don't like what you get; for me, I don't trust them anymore.

Don't Trust Anna Hariri Again

I place an order o 18th December 2024 And was thinking I was going to get my package in 2 weeks time because usually they send it with in a week. So when I didn't get my package I sent Annah Hariri a message I was supposed to go on a vacation and package were gifts for family and friends that I bought for. But unfortunately I got a reply from the team stating that they had a technical issue which I understand, so I decided
to give them some little time again and change my tickets to a different day because they promised me they were going to send my package right away when the issue is being resolved. I waited and still no package come so I got pissed off. I contact Anna Anna again and this time around there was no respond. Sometimes it took them forever to even get a
response from their team. So I also contact them on WhatsApp and no respond either. Lo and behold I received a reply from the team and this time around I stated to them clearly that I don't want the package again because I already changed my tickets twice which was costing me more money than the package itself. So I told them to cancel my order and send me a refund,
then whoever was chatting with told me the package has been processed already so there is nothing they can do. If they were to cancel the order, there is a possibility that the package might get missing, so I suck everything in and decided to wait for my package because right now I have no choice anymore. Finally, I got my package somewhere February 19th in the evening
between the hours of 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. by DHL, I was so excited to open my package. Just for me to realize I I was sent just three items instead of four so I took a pictures of all the package,sent an email out to the team and notify them right away that there is an issue with one package missing. Also it stated clearly on the receipts in the package that three item was shipped instead
of four. So to me, Anna, Hariri and her team where aware of the last package missing.And I was expecting them to reach out to me and apologize with regards to the package missing but There was no message from them, I sent an email again asking them this time around to refund my money back to my account and I got a reply stating that they were going to investigate
in the investigation which also took another month and still haven't got my money so I decided to contact them again and that was the last time I heard from the team.The three package I got out of four that I ordered looks like stuff that I ordered from AliExpress. The quality was very bad compared to what I was expecting from Anna Hariri, I'm highly disappointed with my
whole experience. Note that this is not my first time of buying from them so I knew I was getting quality products because that's what's their brand stands for,not for me to receive a trash and all the stress they put me through, right now they left me with no choice than to contact my bank and report the whole thing as a scam. That's the only way I can get my money back.

Scammed

I placed an order with them on 26th Jan 2025 for 133.20 Dollars. Same deal - I recieved nothing, initially they answered my emails about refunding my money but we're three months in. Eid came and went and still no refund and now they stopped answering their emails. If you Live in UAE file a complaint with the Customer Protection Agency in Dubai They are a registered brand there. If we ALL file a complaint, the company WILL have to give people their money back!
It is such a shame, I was a loyal customer for many years!

Terrible experience…

Terrible experience—I’ll never buy from them again.
I ordered a dress and was extremely disappointed with the quality. I had to pay $20 for shipping and another $20 to return it. Even after returning the item, I never received my refund. It's been over two months now. I’ve sent emails and messages—initially they said the refund was issued, but I never got the money. I asked for a refund receipt or any proof, and they stopped responding altogether. Very poor customer service. Do not trust them with your money.

You’ll never get your dresses.

I used to purchase matching dresses for me and my daughters from Annah Hariri pre-COVID. I never had issues and you could even custom make the length of the dresses. Fast forward to COVID and I heard nothing but bad things about Annah Hariri. Everyone I knew had a bad experience. Still, I wanted to give them a chance since it’s been 5 years since COVID hit. I ordered 4 dresses for me and my daughters the first week of Ramadan. I received an email 3 days later stating my order was shipped. I checked the status every day, and every day my package shows up in Cairo Egypt. I emailed customer service and they ensured I would received my package. Eid came and went, I never received my dresses. I followed up with their customer service team who apologized for the delay and stated it was due to the Eid holiday. I replied and told them I don’t want the dresses anymore. They offered a refund and I accepted and I never received my refund. I tried emailing again and they blocked me. I disputed with my credit card and I did get my money back. But Annan Hariri isn’t what it used to be. It’s unfortunate that this company went from being one of the best I’ve ever ordered from, to one I will never use again. I would rather order from SHEIN.

Bad experience, don’t buy from annah hariri

I placed an order one month ago . 16th of March. Order number( #178359 ). As the website promise that (order now to deliver before Eid). So for more than a month still not get my order. The order is not shipped. No one answer emails or WhatsApp. They delete all instagram comments which are customers asking about their order.
If there is less one star i will give ti this shop.
