From fav brand to brand to avoid!

I couldnt believe my fav dress brand turn to be a scammer. Even i read all reviews i ordered 2 dresses on Feb 3, still i didnt receive shipment. My emails or Ig messages has no feedback.
Anybody has clue can we sue them or start legal case against them?

Scam Alert – Do Not Buy!
I placed an order on February 18 (Order #177501). The order was never shipped and never received. I reached out multiple times via email, phone, and WhatsApp. They initially responded with the excuse of being busy with Ramadan, but now they don’t respond at all.This company is a scam. stay Away!

One Star – Absolutely Unacceptable Experience with Annah Hariri!

I placed an order for a dress from Annah Hariri over TWO MONTHS AGO, and it still hasn’t shipped. No updates, no communication, and no indication of when — or if — I’ll ever receive my item. This is beyond disappointing; it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

If your business can’t fulfill orders in a timely manner, then you shouldn’t be taking people’s money. Right now, this feels more like a scam than a legitimate store. I’ve reached out with no response — the silence speaks volumes.

Avoid Annah Hariri at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time, money, and patience.

Scam of a company

How is this scam of a company still getting orders? My orders from 4 years ago - still remain unfulfilled and company totally ignored all my request for refund or fulfilment of pending orders.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Scammed me my money I bought 5 dresses and they were never shipped. They completely ignored all my attempts to contact them via email, text, WhatsApp, and IG. They won’t even issue me a refund. I filed dispute with my bank. I been buying dresses from this company since 2017-2018 and my experience was always great until lately I don’t know Anna became a scammer or someone took over her company but never buying again. They also delete any reviews on their IG page.

Try your luck with Chicwish or Modanisa

The quality of the dresses are AMAZING and I've been a customer for 2 years now. I'm very happy with the dresses that I had bought before and I was so excited to have the dresses that I ordered recently but I really don't know what has happened to them. It's really disappointing. They haven't even given given my order to DHL and it's been weeks and months.

They can't be proper Muslims. I won't be surprised if you go bankrupt.

They are scammers.

They are scammers i saw their ads about receiving your shipment before Eid. So i ordered 3 dress and prayer dress.
After 2 weeks no change on my order.
Contact them through email and Whatsapp but no reply.
Then i started to look online about the and found a lot of reviews say they are scammers.
Why State of New Jersey let them scam the people.
We should look for a lawyer and sue them for scamming us.

I ordered from them on January 22,2025…

I ordered from them on January 22,2025 in amount of $186.16 four dresses for Eid and Ramadan in mind. I have never received them I have emailed but all I got back was let us investigate, or we have so many orders and no refund was issued. I have filed case with my bank and reported the website to Federal Trade Commission. I suggest you all do that if your order was never fulfilled and refund never issued

DO NOT ORDER FROM ANNAH HARIRI

Very unresponsive. Take your money right away but don’t deliver your orders and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give an answer about your order. I unfortunately placed 2 orders from them more than a month ago and the items have not even been handed over to the delivery company which in this case is DHL. I’m so disappointed, would never order from them.

I didn’t receive my refund

I’ve been having a very difficult time contacting them, as the phone number and WhatsApp number they provided are inactive. I ordered three dresses two months ago, but I haven’t received any updates on the tracking.
After canceling my order, they informed me that it would take 9-14 days to receive my refund. Despite sending numerous emails, I haven’t received a response. When I posted comments on their Facebook page, they blocked me.

Continuing to wait for 2 months

Unfortunately I have waited 2 months to recieve my outfits and still nothing has arrived.
I wanted them before ramadan as one was a prayer outfit. It's truly so sad, that they use the excuse of technical
difficulties in their warehouse.

My friend was told the same thing, only months earlier on her package.

I really want the outfits but since it's not happening, I have now emailed for a full refund plus I paid for express post.

To buy these items for me was a lot of money.

I did receive an email saying the technical issues have been resolved but apparently my package is still sitting in a Egyptian warehouse.

This is just disheartening.

Despite some of the negative reviews…

Despite some of the negative reviews I’ve seen, I decided to give @AnnahHariri a try—and I’m so happy I did! The dress arrived beautifully packaged, the material feels premium, and the design is absolutely stunning. Yes, shipping took a bit longer about a month than I hoped, but the quality made it worth it.

Not receive order after 7 weeks!

I’m really dissapointed with Annah Hariri and just realised many others had similar experience! I wish I’ve seen this review before ordering. I’ve placed my order on 17/01/2025, the DHL tracker still showed my parcel is in Cairo, emailed few times but received same answer that they are having issue in their warehouse. I was looking forward to wear their dress for Eid, unfortunately I don’t think this is possible now.
