Was a little difficult contacting the…

Was a little difficult contacting the company to return a couple items that didn't fit. I finally got someone thru a chat on the website that was able to help me. I really do like the clothing I got. Pretty and well made. Now that I know what size fits me the best, I'll be able to get items and not worry about returning.

Terrible Customer Service!

When I received my order, Annie Cloth sent me incorrect sizes on several shirts. I have contacted customer service to return these shirts, But I have not received a reply to my request for return. They have beautiful clothes but they will send you the wrong size and will not try to correct their error.

I ordered the correct size but Ànnie cloth sent me the wrong size any way. I tried to get a return number but to this day I have not received an effort by Annie cloth to correct this issue, All they do is accuse me of making their mistake. This is wrong and Annie Cloth is wrong in their reponse accusing me for their mistake. That’s why I say that they have beautiful clothes but terrible customer service. Annie cloth needs to get their act together!!!

If Annie cloth took the time to read and research my issue then they would see that i did take the time to to take pictures and everything that they required. That is the reason why i am very upset with Anna cloth customer service. I did everything they required to return an item and have not received a response. All they do is make a fake apology accusing me of the issue with no resolution on their behalf. And no way to contact customer service for a resolution. I constantly get emails from Annie cloth to purchase more items but why should I purchase more items when they won’t make the previous purchase correct. They are very wrong if they think i am stupid enough to buy more clothing when I can’t get customer service to correct their previous mistake

Evidently you don’t read the message above. For the second time I told you that the size I ordered was NOT the size I received. I also told you that I did take pictures and submitted a ticket. I have not received an answer from customer service. The issue is that you are not doing your job properly! This is VERY frustrating to have to keep repeating the same thing over and over You need to look at the information that I have sent you and come up with a solution. DO YOUR JOB AND review the information that I have provided you instead of telling me what I have done wrong!!!Lets stop with the BS and make a deterioration!!!

Mandy, I don’t know how many I have to tell you, I did take pictures and sent you the pictures but just like here all you are is repeating policy and not taking action. I am sick and tired of you fighting with me instead of researching the issue and admitting your mistake and try to make amends. You have not sent me a email trying to rectifying the issue at all! That is why I titled this as I did. Each time you make an ignorant reply you are just proving my point!!!

We just checked the email record again and can not find the picture(s) you sent . Please double check if you sent the picture(s) to us correctly .

If the size you received is not the size you ordered . Or does not match the size stated on the size chart, please contact us and provide some picture(s) so that we can check . Once we confirm the issue , we will offer corresponding compensation or provide information of return .
