Very Happy with Shilpa

We have had some issues with implementation and figuring out exactly what we need. Shilpa has made this extremely painless. Her attention to detail and ability to work with us to revise our scripts on the fly have ensured a successful relationship between Romexterra and Anwerforce. I am extremely pleased with all her efforts and knowledge. she is the reason we utilize Answerforce

Amazing Agents!!!!!

I truly think I could go on and on about my onboarding experience and how amazing my agents were. My journey with Answer Force started with Eimaan Khan. She was incredibly knowledgeable and exhibited kindness and understanding and put my mind at ease with all of my questions, and there were hundreds. Then came the onboarding that I was dreading. My agent truly deserves a Gold Star, no that isn't enough, a Humanitarian Award for the grace, knowledge, professionalism and PATIENCE she maintained throughout the entire process. Kulvinder Kaur truly is a GEM! I am learning a completely new industry after 30 years in the Food & Beverage world and to say that Kulvinder handled me with kid gloves is an understatement. With the essence that rivals that of a kindergarten teacher, Kulvinder efficiently, patiently and calmly walked me through the on boarding process with astounding wisdom. I can not thank her enough for how patient she was with a woman that is "allergic to technology learning a new industry." She is truly an example of how other agents should on board clients.
