Product was delayed in arriving but customer service excellent

My order took over three weeks to arrive. I emailed the company and they did respond to say that they were low on stock and it should be arriving at such and such a time, but the estimates were incorrect.

I would like to update this review now to say that the company reached out to me and offered me another treatment for free. Sadly the product did not work on my hair the first time but they offered me a full refund instead. Very impressed with the customer service.

Answer treatment

I wasn't sure that the Keratin treatment would work on my hair as it is really thick and very wavy. But to my surprise I would say my hair has improved by 95% a lot more manageable comes out so straight after straightening its a lot softer and shiney too,Will defiantly be buying more. Delivery is very quick too

The smell of my hair since using this is HORRIBLE

The smell of my hair since using this is HORRIBLE. The results are not good either I’m afraid - it has left a sticky residue and made my hair completely flyaway - most definitely not shiny or smooth. Have had professional treatments before this with absolutely great results so I think it means you get what you pay for. I do not recommend this product and wished I hadn’t fallen for the hype!
Since I left this review Answr have been in touch to apologise and have offered me a full refund, which I appreciate. Glad to see a company that actually reads reviews and takes accountability!

Great product that banishes the frizz and makes hair controllable

For years I have spent around £150 each time I’ve had a salon smoothing treatment. I thought I’d give this a try. It did not disappoint!! Great stuff and a fraction of the price. Just make sure you follow the instructions and take your time. I know it’s the same stuff by the distinctive smell when your hair is wet, but it goes when your hair is blow dried. Amazing. One very very happy customer indeed.

Ive been waiting nearly 2 weeks for…

Ive been waiting nearly 2 weeks for what I ordered to be dispatched. Having read the reviews on here, I’m not hopeful I’ll ever receive it - a waste of nearly £40. It sounds like if you ask for a refund you’re ignored, and the replies from the email all seem AI generated.

Finally a treatment that actually works for me

The ANSWR keratin treatment did not…

The ANSWR keratin treatment did not work on my hair. I followed all the instructions exactly, but after the first wash, my hair returned to its original frizzy, curly state. There was no lasting smoothing or straightening effect at all. This was a complete waste of money and time. I cannot recommend this product to anyone with permed or chemically treated hair.

Waste of time.

Bought the product for my daughter for Christmas. She saved it to use for a holiday. We spent around 5 hours doing the whole thing (she has long hair), and it looked lovely. Until she washed it. Her hair went back to almost exactly the same as before she did it. I did email ANSWR and had no reply. Don't waste your time.

Brilliant product

This is an amazing product Its the third time I've used it. My hair is thick and coarse and after applying the treatment my hair is lovely and smooth. The only complaint I would have is that I waited a month for it to be delivered. I think I may need to order now so I have it in for next time. Ha

Extremely bad experience - Beware!!!

Extremely bad experience. Not sure whats the issue with the logistics but they give false claims on delivery and product delivery is extremely delayed. Beware! They keep sending auto emails thats its being packed but obviously it is not true. There is no mechanism of canceling the order so you are stuck with no delivery!!!!

Avoid

I would avoid. They clearly dont have stock and just take the money without sending anything out. I have been waiting over 2 weeks now and have emailed twice and asked for a refund and they have completely ignored me.
You shouldnt be allowed to advertise a product and promise 2-3 days delivery and then ignore all communicarion. I will be requesting a refund from my bank next. Shame as the product looked good but customer service is shockingly bad. Seems I am not alone in this as I see comments on their pages saying rhe same thing.

Thieves and liars!!! Stay away!!
We should start a petition to shut this company down, given the large number of people who have never received the products they ordered and paid for.
They are liars and thieves! It’s as simple as that. If you take my money and don’t deliver the item I’ve paid for, then you’ve stolen from me.
I’ve sent countless emails and keep getting the same reply: “we will treat this as a priority and dispatch the item by the end of today”. And yet the item still hasn’t been dispatched. The order was placed on 25 March. I now want to cancel this order and get my money back as soon as possible! Order number: AI30599. Sort this out now, otherwise I will take legal action to resolve this. You are not allowed to screw people over like this!

Still no order after a month!

Ordered the keratin treatment on 8th March and STILL no delivery despite each week being told that ‘we can guarantee it will dispatched this week’. They also were promoting the product on Instagram with a 25% discount whilst they knew they had no stock in place. Would give zero stars if I could.
