Thieves and liars!!

Thieves and liars!!! Stay away!!
We should start a petition to shut this company down, given the large number of people who have never received the products they ordered and paid for.
They are liars and thieves! It’s as simple as that. If you take my money and don’t deliver the item I’ve paid for, then you’ve stolen from me.
I’ve sent countless emails and keep getting the same reply: “we will treat this as a priority and dispatch the item by the end of today”. And yet the item still hasn’t been dispatched. The order was placed on 25 March. I now want to cancel this order and get my money back as soon as possible! Order number: AI30599. Sort this out now, otherwise I will take legal action to resolve this. You are not allowed to screw people over like this!

Still no order after a month!

Ordered the keratin treatment on 8th March and STILL no delivery despite each week being told that ‘we can guarantee it will dispatched this week’. They also were promoting the product on Instagram with a 25% discount whilst they knew they had no stock in place. Would give zero stars if I could.

It’s a horrible horrific product

It’s a horrible horrific product. I was so looking forward to using it and followed the instructions to the letter.
It has left my hair dry and brittle and stinking of rotten eggs! I absolutely do not recommend. I think it’s actually a scam product

I am so sorry to hear about your experience, as this is certainly not the result we want for our customers. Regarding the scent you mentioned, this is quite rare and typically only occurs if the treatment wasn't fully rinsed out before the blow-drying and straightening stages. Please be assured that the smell is temporary and will completely disappear within a couple of washes.

In the meantime, I recommend using a dry shampoo after each wash to help neutralize the odor while it fades.

I ordered a keratin treatment from this…

I ordered a keratin treatment from this lot. Twice. None of them arrived. No one responded to my emails and their ‘contact’ number didn’t exist. Just an answerphone from Finland. Saying calls from your phone are not being answered. Absolutely dreadful. Order from other outlets. This company are the worst at actually sending their own products and their customer service is pathetic. I got refunded twice through PayPal thankfully so they didn’t get my money. Plus Facethefuture offers the same product £10 cheaper currently. Do not order from this lot.

The at home keratin treatment kit

The at home keratin treatment kit, is something I cannot live without, especially when I go overseas on holiday, where the temperatures are high and my hair just cannot be controlled. I used to go to a salon each time for this treatment and having long hair, I would pay around £250 each time, thankfully I discovered Ansrw and have saved myself thousands of pounds over the years since I started using this product, by doing the treatment myself, it’s easy and comes with a step by step guide. I love it and I can hand on heart say, there is no difference from the salon to the home kit. I’ve also done my daughters too. Your hair feels lovely and silky, there’s no need to keep straightening every day, on my hair it lasts until the next wash. The treatment usually lasts me approximately 4 months. It makes my hair feel so much thicker and weighty. Everyone comments on my hair and when I am overseas in the hot climate, people always approach me and ask how I keep my hair so tame in the heat, the answer is “Answr” Since I’ve been using this incredible product, I have never been back to a salon for this treatment.

I also love the flyaway & brow control stick, amazing for taming those strays when you’re feeling a bit windswept, and locks those brows in to. This is a must have for your handbag.

I would highly recommend these products and Answr, you will not be disappointed and you will save a small fortune

If I could it would be no stars

If I could it would be no stars. I ordered using a promotion code which offered 20% off on 18th March, paid for 2-3 day delivery, I have been emailing to see where my delivery is (they never contacted me) and they’ve been saying we are getting delivery it will be delivered shortly! They offered a hair remover as a goodwill, still no delivery!! They are still taking orders and offering 20% off when they don’t have any of the products so cannot fulfill the orders!! I would never order from them again as I’ve requested a refund on 1st April and unlike other companies their refund process takes between 2-10 days!! Personally this seems to be a money making scheme to me! Offer a discount take everyone’s money with no stock and then take 2 weeks to refund them!! Nice bit of interest on the money in their bank!

ANSWR - the best!

I’m genuinely really pleased with ANSWR…

I’m genuinely really pleased with ANSWR and wanted to leave a review because this product has made a noticeable difference to my hair.

I bought the keratin smoothing treatment, and for me it has been much easier to use than conventional keratin straighteners I’ve tried before. It takes less time, there’s no sticky residue, and the fumes are nowhere near as strong or eye-watering, which makes the whole process much more comfortable.

Since using it, my hair feels smoother, softer, and much more manageable. It was previously very frizzy and lacked definition, and now it looks far more polished and feels much easier to maintain. I love that I do not have to spend ages styling it either. I can leave it natural, tie it back, and still feel that it looks much better.

I also think the price is fair for the quality and the results. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Bought this for my granddaughter's…

Bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. She is delighted. Used on dry hair, it curls and leaves the hair really shiny. Very handy to take on holiday as it comes apart to fit in a small travel bag which is included in the box.

My daughter loves the at home keratin treatment

My daughter loves the at home keratin treatment as she cannot use the products used in hairdressers. It leaves hair very smooth and helps reduce tugs and knots. The shampoo/conditioner also helps maintain the quality. The customer service is great.

Quick shipping amazing results

Really quick shipping and amazing results. I was hopeful but didn't expect such amazing results on my 4a texture hair. My drying and detangling time has halved. I also feel less concerned knowing that the chemicals in ANSWR are not harsh or harmful like other straightening products.
