I bought a bottle of Gaz

I bought a bottle of Gaz, 13 kg, instead of 10 kg, I asked for reimbursement and I put all info, but they asked me again for transaction number, when I put it again, they day it's present before and I can't proceed, so I'll lose 44 €, that's not honest, I'll never buy anything from you again!

Tried to get a gas bottle from the…

Tried to get a gas bottle from the automatic system at Le clerc st Nicolas de Redon, payment refused TWICE yet antargaz still debited my account TWICE, waiting for my refund of 84.80 euros!!

This is the first time I've used this automated machine and it's a load of rubbish! When the sun is out you cannot even see the screen!

They ask for a transaction number(s) of which there aren't any! Meanwhile I am 84€80 down with no gas!
