Delphine Tellier - Butagaz

Delphine Tellier is one of the most outstanding customer service persons I have dealt with. She was professional, patient, reassuring and very clear with the information provided. She guided me through all the options ensuring I understood what options I had and took great care in ensuring that the options i chose were best suited for me and my family. I highly recommend Butagaz and commend Delphine Tellier for her approach to her work and the way she interacts with customers. She is deserving of a lot more than 5 stars and I hope she is recognized for the value she brings.

Very helpfull. English spoken!

mrs Carpentier was very helpfull in a rather complex activation of a contract as a followup of an existing contract. Despite of some misunderstandings it ended well!!

I just received a bill for nearly €1000 it was a catch up bill from last year, was a bit of a shock. Needless to say I've cancelled with Butagaz, this is a ridiculous bill to send out

terrible customer care and service

terrible customer care! I have been a customer for 15 years, have received deliveries of gas to my citerne in every possible season, winter rain, never a problem. Now the tank is empty for 1.5 weeks because the indicator stopped working. I waited 1 week for delivery of gas, it is not possible to get an urgent delivery. I am alone in the forest, any neighbours are far away. I haven't had any hot water since. On the day of planned delivery nobody came. My neighbour saw when the truck finally came, the driver decided to turn back. I called Butagaz and they stated that the driver had told them the driveway to the house was wet, and he didn't want to pass with the truck. There has never been a problem before no matter what weather. Maybe a new driver who has no experience. The driver also didn't call me from the chemin to establish the situation or explain, he simply left. Customers in France don't seem to have rights, there is no system or possibility to speak to the person in charge or a superior. In this case it was also not possible to speak to the person responsible in logistics. I tried for 30 minutes on the phone. One is simply at their mercy, whenever they decide to call, no matter in what dire situation one is. They simply leave long-standing customers to their misery, no matter what the situation. No effort of actual customer care like in other countries is made nor does a customer have any possibility to get effective help or speak to people in charge.
UPDATE
Today is Monday. Friday it was promised that a man from logistics will call. Nothing!!! I called them again and there is nothing they can do, not let me speak with logistics, nor speak to him themselves. Ridiculous! I have a chronic back problem and have pinched a nerve again carrying all the pots of hot water to the bath trying to wash! I cannot believe this company is letting a customer in dire need down so completely. The drive / chemin is completely dry!

Vous avez commandé le lundi 10 mai. Une livraison était prévue pour le 14/05, toutefois, nous sommes tributaires de contraintes logistiques (livraison par temps sec, à demi-charge, avec un petit porteur et en marche arrière).
Le chauffeur a estimé que l’accès était boueux et n’a donc pas pu vous livrer.
Nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses pour ce manque d’information. En effet, nous aurions dû vous alerter de cette annulation.
Une livraison a été effectuée depuis, et nous espérons que vous en avez été pleinement satisfaite.

Received numerous defected products - NIGHTMARE

I was sold a defected heater and expired CO alarm. I had no reply for a at least a week to my emails or phone calls. So I wrote a email to cancel for a full refund with the reason within 4 days. However this is when my problem started with la boutique de bob.

I was told to it was my fault and they told me to contact the manufacturers one of which was their sister company. When I called the manufacturers carbon monoxide alarm they told me that la boutique de bob had sold me an out of date product and they should not have even supplied it to me. I was told that legally it was the la boutique de bob who is at fault and is trying to pass on the blame. This product was 2 years out of date and was useless.

Getting my money back was another nightmare.
AVOID a boutique de bob and Favex but Butagaz even though all the same Company are very helpful.
