Perfect packing
I had ordered a few products from there, most of which were şalgam. The order was shipped the next day and arrived within two days. When I opened the package, each bottle was individually wrapped in bubble wrap. I’ve never come across a company that packs their products this carefully. This was my first purchase, but from now on, their website will be the first place I check whenever I need something. I’d like to thank everyone involved for their care and dedication.

My items arrived late so I was initially frustrated, however once I opened my pack and tasted the different items and produce I am totally happy and satisfied. Everything is very good quality and tasted amazing , the spices, the pomegranate and carob molasses as well the dried oranges ! Thank you and will be placing orders again

Very good company with great costumer service- great sour cherries but walnuts didn’t taste as fresh as I hoped for. However, as soon as I let the company know they apologised and replaced it for me. Great company.

Supportive customer service
We've been a long time customer of Anthap especially due to the proper nuts selection of their. The prices of pistachios went through the roof for a while but I believe that was due to Covid and it's back to acceptable fares now. They used to work with parcelforce as a courier and they switched to DHL e-commerce recently which is kind of causing quite an issue for deliveries to our area. Obviously nothing on Anthap, however it means no reliable delivery service. On my last experience, they were very kindly tracking and updating me when I tried to contact them. And once my aprcel was returned them, they accepted to send it with another courier which was not thir regular one. I appreciated the willing in helping to their customer. And it is also great to have an access to traditional and mandatory Turkish cupboard items along with nuts.

I used to buy the product from Amazon, but now I much prefer to buy direct. The website is easy to navigate and I was pleasantly surprised by a purchase offer, making it even more worthwhile. Delivery is quick with helpful updates on tracking. This is now my second purchase from the site. I won't be going back to Amazon.

Update - August 2025: Upon receiving the honeycomb, I discovered that it contained a spider web and numerous small bugs. This is very concerning, and I can provide photos to illustrate the issue if needed.
