From ordering to the product arriving to me actually using it, all good. The only 2 things I would want to make the experience better:
- not requiring a signature to drop the product (as an delivery option)
- if the product was shipped the same day I ordered it (in their defence, it was a Saturday that I ordered it; so I’m nitpicking here)

I like your products very much but your online ordering is very frustrating. I can only delete subsriptions but can't add anything extra on to an order. My last order took me 2 hours over 4 days to do,(I know am I crazy for trying so hard?) because your site kept giving me a "critical error " message and therefore would never take my order. Hopefully you are making changes.
