I needed help setting up an account and the woman who helped me was very patient and courteous! Placed my order which I thought I had placed two weeks ago, so I needed my supplements yesterday, but pleasantly surprised when they arrived two days later! Great customer service!

Excellent quick service. Communication is clear and prompt. Orders are processed promptly and shipped in a timely manner. Communications are sent every step of the way so you are not left guessing. When I cannot find what I need in the local store I know I can find it on line. Products are top quality. I trust this company and recommend them.

6 emails regarding an auto order. Absulutely assinine, and a phone call. ridiculous. I set up the auto order so that it would be simple. Get that simple, simple, the order comes every two months. Not multiple emails and phone calls. Once more time, and I will be cancelling and not bothering.

I have not previously shopped online with AOR. I'm accustomed to phoning in our orders (with very satisfactory service). Elaborate websites may have some characteristics of their own and may seem to become more transparent with practice. My negative judgement may be premature.
The website seemed pretty slow, but morning of the third Thursday of the month may be a very busy time. The search window is much less capable than my cell phone text editor of interpreting typos constructively. Messages from the site appear in small font toward the upper left corner of my large screen and were easy to miss for a while. It should be easier to search by ingredients. Out of stock notices should appear higher up. I don't know why I should be presented with a shelf full of products when I have asked for a specific one--I think that step could simply be skipped. On the other side, I needed the chat once and that worked well -- after a considerable wait.

I love the renewal process and personalized update when something is out of stock.

I ordered the wrong product & it was sorted out immediately. Staff were very helpful & accomodating. When I placed the new, correct order, it was delivered the next day, which was much appreciated as product needed immediately. Online chat with representative was excellent method of communication. Not a virtual assistant, but real person.

I use several AOR products to help with my health issues which include fibromyalgia, irritable bladder, chronic fatigue syndrome. They are top notch.

But, I have found the subscription process a bit awkward. It has been difficult to pause or cancel subscriptions when I end up with a stockpile of a product or stop using something for some reason. And sometimes I want to combine subscriptions so I pay less (ideally nothing) in shipping charges. This can be hard to do on my own. Their customer service is good but it’s an extra step that takes extra time.

I really like the AOR products. I do have difficulty managing my subscription sometimes, but that's probably my fault, not being a remarkable tekkie. AOR is always prompt with a notice about my subscription coming up for renewal. And dealing with them on the phone is always pleasant. They are always patient and knowledgeable.

We love this product! I love that your products are clean and affective. I was introduced to your product through our chiropractor and naturopathic doctor, and I trust everything they say. I will continue to use many of your products.

I like the products. Quick service hard to find them in stores. Much better prices here on line.
