The chair is excellent and well designed but the assembly instructions are pathetic and the assembly not easy, the holes in the fabric do not easily align with the no screw holes in the tubular frame.

Turned up and fits perfectly in fab condition...via royal mail...a fantastic first experience would definitely order via again 💜

Please don't buy a gazebo from this company. Their product is substandard. I wish this would let me put up photos of the state my gazebo ended up in.

Fast delivery as notified at purchase point, item matched online description, quality of item was very good, but horizontal joint holes should be smaller or a larger screw bolt to enable sleeved joints to be tightly nipped together, other than this one point we are really impressed with gazebo and the price was great.

I contacted this company to ask which parasol cover to buy for one of the models they also sell. I was sent a specific link which I bought. When it arrived it was too small. Customer service are not resolving my complaint and are expecting me to be out of pocket for bad advice given by then. This is the first time I have bought from this company and I won’t be buying from them again

It arrived on time and good size. Am now looking for a weather proof cover to fit over the umbrella
On arrival there was cancer as part of the box was damaged so wondered if there would be damage to the actual material of the umbrella. Thankfully there was only a couple of very small holes, which I will live with rather an have tha hassle of returning it

Delivery was very quick and packaged very well, the dog pushchair is exactly as described, the reason I’ve knocked off one star is that the tyres weren’t pumped up enough and their was no pump to rectify this. Then when I tried to pump them up one would not pump up, it just kept going down. Raised this with customer service who I will add were quick to respond but it would be good to actually talk to someone. They offered a discount but since then I have noticed all the tyres go down very quickly. Apart from that it’s a good buggy but as I’m 72 it’s hard for me to keep pumping the tyres. So for me probably not the best decision.

The sun chairs are exactly what we were looking for and at a very good price. Easy to order and quick delivery
