Terrible customer service

No problem with the first chair. I wanted to order another style and I emailed them to check its size the same colour. They replied yes it is go ahead and order. Basically it wasn’t the same at all. They then said it’s my fault for ordering the wrong number. I had to pay someone to put it together I’m disabled and the bin men took the box so how can I return? They just stopped emailing me. Terrible customer service.

My outside lounger set came in 2 boxes…

My outside lounger set came in 2 boxes and a few days apart. The delivery men at DX were not very helpful and just dumped my parcels in my doorway. 1 of the boxes came with broken parts.
I looked for a phone number and found I had to email the company and someone would get back to me. I had that awful feeling that this problem was going to linger until the sun went away.
No. The service was fantastic and sorted in days. I’m very pleased with my lounge set and 100% happy with the service. I will definitely buy from Aosome again.

Zero if it was possible

Ordered garden table and chairs, waited over a week but not delivered. Messaged 3 times to be told it was on its way, but didnt turn up. Contacted courier company who fed back that they hadnt received all the parcels so couldnt deliver. Phoned Aosom directly to be told, sorry table is out of stock but will get a refund in 7 - 14 days.! So no dining set, but holding on to my money for 3 weeks. Avoid!

Fantastic!

Fantastic! Ordered a tent and was apprehensive as I’ve not heard of this company before and was the cheapest on Google. Despite that the tent arrived within 48 hours of ordering and was in perfect condition and true to the image shown on site

Late delivery/Poor Customer Service

Late delivery, Awful customer service team who send generic responses rather than individual response to the actual problem.

Nearly 2 weeks later still trying to arrange a return.

Half an order arrived. Had to fight with numerous staff members all telling me differing lies. Absolute joke of a company. No customer care at all.

It arrived damaged and you took ages to…

It arrived damaged and you took ages to sort it out cost me a lot of money as had a firm booked to put it up and then it turned up damaged but to late to cancel
