I normally always order from here and have never had a bad experience until today. I'm giving this place one star because I have to. The delivery was ridiculously slow. I ordered my food, and it took nearly two hours to arrive. When I called to ask where it was, the staff were unhelpful and didn't seem to care and said they were so busy and that I couldn’t speak to a manager because their was none present in the store. I understand they were busy but customers should be informed before ordering if the wait time is long considering its takeaway. I’ve ordered from much bigger restaurants and takeaways and never once has it been that long! i’m more writing this review because of how unhappy I was with the customer service.

Ordered from dungiven Apache and was the nicest pizza I have had in a while chips are nice too the wings are not great but price is good I have ordered 3 times now and always great

We live 2 minutes from this shop, we've ordered many times before and never had this issue.
If they were having problems they could have told us because we ordered 1hr20+ minutes ago & called twice & now we're annoyed we would have collected this order if they had told us they were under pressure .

I was disappointed in the service but maybe it was just an off day for the workers

I have been ordering from Apache pizza limerick Henry st for years but recently it's gone very bad food is burnt or undercooked forgetting half the order or sending raw kebab meat full of oil I took the food back and was given a refund pizza is always nice but everything else is very poor I can see this place been closed soon if they don't sort out there food I'm not going to order from here again best Avoid

Ordered via uber eats and there were hairs in the food !! In both dishes!!
Needless to say we didn’t continue eating and I was violently sick !!
Don’t they use hairnets?????

I'm only doing 1star because 0 is not am option, we got out of the one in Carrickfergus,food is a disgrace, we ordered a donar in flat white bread with all salad and garlic, when we got it it looked more like a spring roll, tiny handful of what looked like cut up steak pieces, no salad no sauce, the donar on chips was in a circle cardboard tub with some chips and again a tiny handful of chopped up something (definitely not kebab) the pizza there was 3 slices of peperoni on the xl size and the other one had wrong toppings, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Rude staff (most of the time, some friendly), most of the menu unavailable and constantly cold food due to late deliveries,
Multiple quarter pounders left but no half pounders... The math isn't mathing, used to be good chicken in kebab, now just goujons cut up, embarrassing!

Ordered our food we were told it would be a half an hour it was an hour and a half and still no sign of our food we are very disaapointed with our order as we have now had to cancel it and ask for a refund because it got to late

Ordered through the in-app method for Glenties in County Donegal. After 20 minutes it still said preparing the order. I went in to the store and order had been ready for some time. Got in our camper drove away. When we stopped pizza was cold and the chips were obviously not fresh. I reckon from the day before. I contact the company through social media but they said all complaints are to be made directly to the store. They were not interested in customer service

This place has to serve the worst pizza and dishes in the world. Ordered food which arrived stone cold so was inedible. So expensive for disgusting rubbish. Avoid!

Loved everything so far great milkshakes. Get in and try it if you haven't.

We received kebabs that were freezing cold and it looked like someone took a bit out of it it was discusting when we called the woman said it wasn’t their problem and hung up discusting people

If zero stars was an option that is what I would rate it. I’m beyond pissed of after I had been waiting 2 hours for a order just for some chungas down the road to have eaten my food and this is beacuse apache worker didn’t confirm the order with the person and they just took it. Absolutely furious and starving 😡!

Definitely dishonest people working here. Charged me for one thing and gave me another. The pizza and garlic bread was the worst I ever had. Don’t eat here, there is by far better places in town. You’re better off going hungry than eating here!!!

Done. Absolutely done with them. Terrible food. Terrible service. Terrible app
