Terrifying and rude behaviour at 12:15 am on Sunday night

We pulled in from Dublin late at night with our two young children hoping to order from the hatch and use the bathroom—we were told we could do both. But when I went inside, a staff member started shouting aggressively, waving his arms, and insisting they were closed—even though it was only 12:15 am and they were due to stay open until 1 am.

I tried to explain calmly that my husband was ordering food and we’d been told we could use their restroom, but the shouting continued. It was intimidating, frightening, and completely unnecessary.

My children were tired, hungry, overwhelmed, and desperately needed the toilet. This kind of unprofessional, hostile behaviour is unacceptable from any business, especially one serving families. We left immediately without ordering. We will never return.

Apache Pizz Ballyshannon,, made an online order for delivery , delivery never arrived , called to site myself to find out where’s the delivery?? Staff extremely aggressive and threatening , I called Gardai to site in Ballyshannon re staff threatening me across counter ,told it’s a civil matter and have to make statement in station etc , meanwhile I’m nearly €59 down ??????

As for trying to make a complaint directly in your website it’s a joke, can clearly see my order made but strange the way way order number dissapeared hence can’t go any further with complaint online

Ordered large pizza, double pepperoni, double mushroom. Opened the box and i could barely find any mushrooms and i was lucky to have 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice. Very poor.
I did contact the shop, and got no sense from the guy on the other end of the phone.
I've had great pizza's from other Apache outlets and they have all been top quality.

Burned reheat without the extra cheese I ordered and no dip...Rubbish.....AVOID!

Food was amazing and owner was very accommodating, also best apache curry sauce in Dublin!

I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Ather. He was quite rude when I asked about the curry sauce and became even more disrespectful when I inquired about other options. His attitude was unprofessional, and he was unnecessarily cheeky, especially when my Irish friend needed help placing an order. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this place.

Delicious pizza and chips for our school celebration today - everyone was so delighted and thank you for being so accommodating when we had to change the delivery time - really friendly service! Thank you all again.

Ordered a doner pizza from Tuam. Hot sauce wasn't hot, a few pieces of inedible doner meat, a few slices of onion, covered in lettuce. The worst pizza i have ever gotten. Tasteless!

Absolutely the worst food I have ever had the misfortune to order. Disgusting is actually a kind description of what was delivered to Airside Premier Inn less than an hour ago. Not only was the food diabolical the delivery driver sat in his car and waited for me to come to him to get my order. I don't know if it's just me but when I pay €3.50 for delivery I expect it to be delivered. The delivery instructions contained room number and a note saying I would be in reception at the the stated delivery time. The food was stone cold....and I mean stone cold....not warm, luke warm...not a hint of warm...freezing cold. I ordered a doner kebab....this was a tortilla wrap rolled around a couple of slices of dodgy kebab meat, some lettuce and a few chunks of red onion that must have been chopped with an ax !! Taco fries.....these are actually beyond description...I have truly never seen anything like it in my life...I certainly didn't eat any of the crap that was sent. As far as Apache Pizza goes, no matter where I am in the world I will never order from this franchise again. Apache Pizza Swords is a place (I won't call it a food place, because it's not) that should have the shutters pulled down for good. I rang to complain but no one answered the phone....probably just as well. If you're ever staying in Airside Premier Inn to catch a flight or just passing through....steer clear of Apache Pizza, Swords.....because the absolute muck it sends out is nothing short of vile.

I recently had a great experience at Apache Pizza. The customer service was excellent, and the delivery was super quick. The owner was really nice, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the Apache pizza in Glasnevin!

Absolutely terrible pizza restaurant in Dundonald. So so late I had to wait for it for over 2band a half hours.. Didn't even send the correct order. Full sugar coke sent which i cannot even drink as diabetic. Food below standard and service a disgrace

The lady serving me was very rude no customer service looked like she did not want to be there and had a terrible attitude if I could give 0 stars I would will never go to the one in Clarehall again

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is like a hit or miss when it comes to delivery, they will deliver today and for example if you call tomorrow they will tell u they cant deliver they have too much problems in the area, don't give a specific reason. Also the staff are so rude, just plane arrogant. the food is great though that's about the only thing that's half decent here.

Ordered for delivery pizza came as thin as paper the ingredients on the pizza where not even cooked the cubes of cheese still in cubes on the pizza not even melted the worst pizza I have ever eaten

Ordered from the branch in skerries, absolutely amazing pizza. Asked for it to come hot, and it came piping hot like I asked despite living 20mins away. Not dry, fresh dough, lots of cheese and huge amount of toppings. Defintely will become my regular spot now after ordering from 4star for the last while and being disappointed. Highly recommend! (JUST DONT ORDER OFF TEMPLE BAR BRANCH AS ITS HORRIBLE UNLIKE THE REST!)

Good evening Apache,
I’d like to start off this review by saying how disappointing I am. I ordered a medium pizza with barbecue base, pepperoni, ham and chicken. Firstly my medium pizza came with tomato base instead of barbecue base. After a long day of work I was looking forward to such amazingly described pizza just to find out you guys had gotten my order wrong. Shame on you. Now since I had no choice but to eat this pizza, the pizza was stone cold. I checked the distance from the apache resturant and my house, it’s a 10 minute drive. How could one let the pizza sit there and freeze up. I also ordered cookies and a vanilla milkshake. I took a bite out of the cookie and spit it right back out. It was soggy, raw, uncooked and honesty disgraceful. In regards to the chefs, please quit. I find it sad to know that this is the food that is being put out to everyone. I’m very disappointed apache. The only good thing about this traumatic experience was the vanilla milkshake, the only thing you guys could get right. This made me come to the conclusion that Domino’s is better.

i order an apache medium pizza with pepperoni, ham and meatballs and i was so disappointed the pizza was freezing cold the pepperoni was burnt and the crust was so hard i almost broke a tooth. i also ordered cookies and a milkshake, the cookies were raw on the inside and burnt on the outside like are you guys trying to give me salmonella overall the milkshake was the only good thing

Had to give one star for publishing ...deserves 0 stars. Ordered a pizza online with chips...came 45 mins later. The pizza was literally like cardboard and looked like it had been left for a week! Along with soggy chips worst I have ever experienced. Never again.
