Very frustrating experience …

The people I worked with were friendly and helpful but I had to wait three weeks to get replacement parts. This mean I had the under sink area pulled apart and a mess for that long. New parts leaked though. I bought another new filter set, it also leaked. In the end I ordered so many individual parts it would have been cheaper and faster to buy a whole new system. Very frustrating experience.

Crazy AI in charge of customer relations?

My filter was installed in the kitchen and started leaking from the edges. Customer service on the phone immediately told me what photos and information to send, and I did. That is when I started getting AI answers to my email that instructed me to go under the sink twice to provide ever more data, serial numbers, and photos, repeating what I had already provided. And it would not pass me to a human. Crazy. Just crazy. Finally got a human on email and they immediately sent a replacement filter, as they had originally promised. So that part was ok.

Difficult to look for the replacement…

Difficult to look for the replacement parts of APEC water systems because some don’t have a photo of it so we’re not sure the correct one or not. And very difficult to get phone support for help.

I purchased an APEC Water System

Thank you for your response.

I would like to clarify the issue. When I received the new ROES-50X system, both wrenches were missing from the original package. After I contacted customer support, only one half wrench was sent, while the membrane housing wrench was still missing. This means the issue was not fully resolved the first time, which is why I had to follow up and leave another complaint.

Please confirm that the replacement order now includes the correct missing membrane housing wrench, and provide the tracking number or shipping confirmation once it is available.
