Extremely disappointed. I had ordered previously with no problems at all. I sent my last order to a DPD locker, but I didn't receive the locker pass, which isn't kratoms fault of course. I've contacted kratom about 5 times to let them know, and I haven't received a single word back. My product was ready to pick up on 7th March, it's now 14th April and I still haven't heard a thing, and I still don't have my product.

Really disappointed with this protein powder. The taste is something I can’t describe it’s really not pleasant at all. I like the idea of the company but wouldn’t recommend at all. I wish I came here first before buying but only looked at their reviews on their own site which all said great thing now I’ve stuck with a 1.2kg bag that cost £55. Really gutted

I was told by the doctor I was low in iron, so I tried the prescribed iron tablets for a month, having felt no different I decided to do my research only to discover I would have to be on them for 6 months plus to notice a difference. This is when I decided to look into other methods of increasing my levels faster, and kinder on my body.
I came across Ape nutrition read the reviews and looked into the benefits of introducing organs into my diet. I was unsure whether it was beef spleen or beef liver I needed to raise my ferritin levels, so I contacted them through the messenger and they got back to me quickly, told me it was beef spleen I needed. So I ordered them and have been taking them since the 22nd February, got a blood test last week and was told I'm in normal range (range levels 15 to 150/200) I'm at 43, this is nothing short of a miracle, in 6/7 weeks I feel better, the symptoms I was experiencing have greatly reduced, I had incredibly itchy arms and shoulders for 8 months, that's gone! Apparently a couple of years ago my iron was in the 70's so I'm going to carry on as it can only benefit me!

i’ve been using APE nutrition’s Optimised Female & Beef Liver supplements for quite a while now (nearly a year!), and it’s been amazing for my day to day wellbeing. as someone diagnosed with endometriosis, my energy levels can be unpredictable, i suffer with really bad fatigue and brain fog but these supplements have really helped me feel more consistently energised throughout the day without the usual crashes.

i’ve also noticed that my brain fog is less intense, i’m able to think a lot clearer making my days a lot more bearable, i’ve experienced fewer/less intense flare-ups and i just feel more balanced overall. these supplements have been a really supportive addition and i definitely notice a different when i don’t take them! definitely a staple in my day to day life now!

APE products are THE BEST!! They've made such a difference to my life. Originally I started off with their protein powder and I was quickly converted by their clean ingredients and natural taste, without any bloating, such a great addition if you care about your nutrition. I now also use their Optimised female, Collagen powder and Lion's mane. My sleep, hot flushes, hair loss and mood have all massively improved with the OF, as has my skin and my joints. APE products have improved the quality of my day to day life!

The products are high quality, amazing protein and it all supports regenerative farming. Unlike lots of other proteins and products out there, these are actually healthy and made out of real foods. Highly recommend. Also they off such good customer service.

I used the APE collagen throughout my pregnancy and post partum. Just a scoop in my morning tea. It doesn't taste of anything and mixes well so its not noticeable. I mainly used it hoping I would avoid the post partum hair loss, and it more than delivered. My skin, hair and nails through my pregnancy stayed in great condition and have stayed that way. Ive recently tried the protein, and love that its ethically made with minimal ingredients. Ive never liked shakes so I mix it into greek yoghurt for a protein desert treat!

I’m pretty selective with what I add into my routine, especially when performance and recovery are the priority, but organic beef organ capsules and collagen have both earned a permanent place.

The beef organ capsules have been one of the easiest ways to cover a huge nutritional base without overcomplicating things. Since adding them in, I’ve noticed more energy across the day, improved recovery between sessions and better overall resilience during higher training loads. It feels like my body is actually keeping up with the work rather than constantly playing catch up.

The collagen has been just as valuable, particularly from a joint and connective tissue standpoint. With consistent running, lifting, and higher volume weeks, keeping joints healthy is non-negotiable. This has made a noticeable difference. Less stiffness, better movement quality, and I feel more confident pushing intensity knowing my body is supported.

Both are simple additions, but they stack up over time. For anyone training hard and looking to support performance, recovery, and longevity, these are worth having dialled in!

Best supplements on the market hands down. No filler, no additives, no muck. Personal favourite is the beef organs, noticed a distinct uptick in energy, clarity and complexion. Dynamite 🧨

I love that all of Apes products are natural and you really know what’s in them and where the ingredients come from. You don’t have to compromise quality for convenience and that is worth every penny!

Love the Cacao protein, I’m pregnant and have every morning as a frozen blueberry shake - so good for getting extra protein in!

I’m shocked by some of the negative reviews here, I don’t believe they are genuine.

I’ve been using Ape Nutrition for around a year now. The beef protein is great, it mixes really easily with milk and is delicious in both vanilla and raw cacao. I also take the beef organs, they are a really easy way of supplementing your diet with high quality nutrients.

I’m honestly really surprised reading some of the negative reviews about the flavour!

This is the only protein powder I genuinely love the taste of and as a fitness coach I’ve tried many over the years! I can’t stand the flavour of most whey protein powders and they often leave me feeling bloated or sickly. This is the only one I can comfortably have every day and recommend to all of my clients.

I love blending it into smoothies with coconut water (it tastes incredible!!!) or mixing it with yoghurt to make a simple chocolate pudding. It actually feels like a treat rather than something I’m forcing down for the sake of protein.

I also really appreciate the ethos behind the company. I try to prioritise high-quality, grass-fed, local foods in my diet, so their approach aligns really well with how I like to eat.

It’s become a staple for me, both personally and professionally.

I absolutely LOVE the beef protein. I have it in shakes and use it for pancakes. Given the high nutrition content and the fact it is easily digestible, I also recommend it for my clients who love it too.
I regularly take beef organs and MCT oil as well.
