The whole process of getting a solar battery installed by Apex Doma was carried out very efficiently and professionally. From being advised on the right battery for us, to the installation, all the guys were really impressive. The installers worked extremely hard and were polite and friendly throughout. Everything we needed was explained to us and we are so happy with the battery. When we needed aftercare (due to our internet going offline) Apex Doma quickly solved our issues. I can unreservedly recommend Apex Doma as an efficient, professional and reliable company.

Customer service is excellent and so far I've been really pleased with their after sales support. Would happily recommend.

Overall a really pleasant experience dealing with Apex Doma from start to finish (well we aren't quite all done yet, but pretty much there!)

Firstly Ian was very attentive when talking through the scope and aim of our project; and was quite happy to bring the scope of the project down as my initial thinking wouldn't deliver value in his opinion, and so scaled down the number of panels and the install from a Tesla Powerwall to a GivEnergy inverter and battery setup - it's unusual for a company to encourage you to spend less! He was also more than happy to come out for a site visit to assess the installation, which was a little more complex as there were two seperate areas that panels would be installed, including potentially digging trenches for cabling and so on; fortunately this wasn't required.

During install, the entire team of Liam, Charlie, Matt and Joe were very professional, courteous and cracked on with getting the work done which was completed with minimum overall disruption and in timely fashion.

We're now all set up, with just the final pieces of taking scaffolding down and handing over various paperwork so we can switch to an appropriate tarrif.

Apex Doma installed a Givenergy Solar / Storage system at my home, consisting of 16 solar panels, a 5kw invertor and a 9.5kw battery. The Apex Doma team arrived on time and completed the installation in two days to a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again to fit an EV charger in the next couple of months.

Installation of panels and an EV charger both carried out professionally and courteously. The charger was temperamental at first but Sam returned and sorted the problem quickly. This company is highly recommended.

A very knowledgeable and articulate survey and proposal process, followed up with a professional installation. Very useful digital support material provided post installation and everything works as planned. Initial PV array and battery installation was followed, a couple of months later, by an equally successful EV charger installation.

Technically very proficient, Ian Pownall has a wealth of knowledge and is a very pleasant and helpful man to deal with. He attended our premises on two occasions and was very patient and explained everything clearly. The young men who installed the battery and the charger were also very pleasant and efficient. Would certainly recommend Apex Doma.

I'm writing this almost 3 months after installation, & I have to say I couldn't be happier. The installation was carried out on the scheduled days, The guys were great to deal with from the initial contact through the installation process & final commissioning. I've had a couple of after sales questions & the replies were provided with the same enthusiasm received at the start of the process. Everything is contracted & explained. The process is precise, clear & professional. One note about the installation guys that's really important. At the end of every day, the site was left clean & tidy. Not just tidier than expected, but properly clean. Without question, I'd recommend Apex Doma.
