Done an order took my money and now want to cancel and no refund as of yet very poor!

Very impressed with speed and information given. Went for the GRP refurbish kit and everything included.
Delivery was the next day and well packaged.
Would have liked to have picked up as live fairly close although delivery only.
Looking for a dry spell now in which to under take the work.

Brilliant customer service, very fast response to questions via email. Sue was so helpful when dealing with my requests of re-orders and returns.

Helpful advice on the phone. Prompt delivery. Not had the weather to do the roof yet.
BUT... don't waste your money on the toolkit. NO gloves, pole flimsy to the point of unusable, buckets tiny and round (not the nice square ones shown on video) and NO internal measuring marks to make it easy to measure the resin accurately (I will have to resort to a measuring jug. You can probably get everything except the consolidating roller from the likes of Home Bargains for a few quid - and I suggest you do this rather than be ripped off

after telling them about my roof work and application with exact measurements they recommend me with their fiber glass package . used professional tradesmen to apply the material and do my garden room roof , but material apex sent me was not enough by their own calculations and when called them back for more material for finish my job they quoted me double price of what i paid first time around , so as i had no choice and was cornered by them i paid and got more material to finish my roof application , if that was not enough the fiber paint they sent me second time around was expired on date and faulty so did not cover the garden roof and i have been forced to purchase the 3rd round of materiel from them with double rated price ! not happy at all and recomend you to stay away !!

I have just dealt with this company for my flat roofing supplies. I spoke with them prior to ordering for some help and advise and found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable to deal with any question I put to them.
I ordered my supplies and most surprisingly it was delivered in less than 24 hours.
I spoke with them again after delivery, I cannot remember the question, but still most helpful and the promise of anytime after sales customer service.

This company is what customer service should be. Very, very impressed and should the need arise I will not hesitate to order from them again.
