Don't trust this company. Their return policy is you can not return. Even if Their website says otherwise.

Do not purchase from this company. I did not receive the recipe book, the care kit, the additional 2 cutting board mats (I ordered 3 boards) and the $55 voucher. I also cannot find out how to return the boards. I have sent 4 requests and have not heard back once.

My experience with this company was identical to what other customers have reported in their negative reviews. I do not recommend purchasing from them. If you do decide to buy, be prepared for disappointing quality, potential issues with refunds and the possibility of needing to involve your bank to recover your money.

They sent me a faulty board (it was badly bent). They said this happened in transit. I’m not sure how that could happen with something made from titanium during delivery but they are extremely thin. I asked for a refund. They said they would send a replacement. I replied and said I don’t want a replacement, I want a refund as the item is faulty. They said they would send a replacement. I said again I wanted a refund. They ignored this and sent a replacement and only got back to me after it had arrived over a week later which was obviously tactical. I feel totally scammed and stupid for buying from this company. I wish I’d read reviews here first.

Apex's customer service has been so prompt and impeccable. They patiently and efficiently addressed my concerns. I had purchased both the small and medium cutting boards, and now I'm hooked. I will be purchasing the large one as well!

Completely misleading advertising and images. I believe this is a sham company masquerading as a "family" business and exploiting people's anxieties regarding micro plastics in this current environment. Ended up with a poor quality, 4mm thin board that is more likely to remove my toe should it fall from a table, than protect my long term health from micro plastics.
Company has no returns on sale items - items always seem to be sale.
Return costs a third of cost.
Please learn from my mistakes - avoid.

An acknowledgement of the order would have been nice. And it took s.......o long for the boards to arrive. But they were safely delivered, and were well packaged and protected. The boards look very smart, and take up far less room than my now defunct, old, plastic chopping boards. Because I have been away, I have only used them once, so it is too soon to see if they become stained with red pepper, or reek of garlic and onion, as my plastic boards did - despite all the scrubbing and bleaching. Time will tell, but, at the moment, I am very happy.

I believe this company is a scam. The boards that I received were very thin with sharp edges and scratched so badly on the first use that I am sure there were metal shavings in my food. When I clicked on the email logo to their website to initiate the return, the link took me to a clothing store! As the other reviews said, their return policy is a scam. No 100 day money back guarantee as stated on top of their website. Instead they offered to send me a replacement which I declined but they proceeded to process the order anyway.
The way they get so many good reviews is by offering you a free board if you record yourself reviewing the board. I wish I did more research before I bought it, will have to dispute with the credit card company.

Their website is structured in a way that will NEVER allow you to return items for a refund. Their website has been on sale for the past few months and I suspect always will be. This allows them to refuse refunds on items that are clearly sub par quality due to them being final sale items.

I ordered the “titanium” cutting board and utensil set. The cutting board arrived with sharp edges on the handle which felt extremely dangerous. The utensils received were of such poor quality they would bend at the slightest touch. I requested to return all due to the poor and dangerous quality. They state that all cutting boards are made to order therefore are non-returnable, even though they supposedly offer a 100 day money back guarantee. They sent out a replacement board, even without me accepting a replacement. I have serious doubts that the board is even titanium and likely just steel produced and shipped from China.

There is no indication on their website that the utensils were not titanium, in fact they don’t specify a material at all. When requesting to return, they told me they were stainless steel, but steel doesn’t bend at the slightest touch. These are the cheapest of items that you would expect from TEMU.

I went back and forth for a month with various people from their company and even at the end had a response from the supposed founder. They offered to ALLOW me to return the utensils for a refund as an exception and offered a 40% discount on the cutting board. I attempted to make a claim through PayPal, but they messed up the claim.

When I received my poor quality items back in July, I searched for reviews of the company and couldn’t locate anything anywhere. Extremely strange that this company website which was 5 months old only had reviews on their own website which are plentiful and of course appear as positive. Now however, genuine people are leaving more and more negative reviews for the same reasons. Please do your research!

This company is a complete scam.

Unfortunately I only realised this too late, and when I requested for a refund, they refused, despite the 100 day risk free guarantee.

They have no certification to prove that the boards are made of real titanium, and the customer service rep said that titanium is better than materials like ceramic and glass. That says absolutely nothing, because nobody in their right mind would use glass to make a cutting board.

Please do not fall prey to their fake products.

The finished product (titanium cutting boards) bears no resemblance to the advertised product. The finished product has rough edges, which damage my kitchen work surface. They refused to return the products. They are a complete scam 'family' run company...

You offered me a cutting mat to sit the boards on, but wouldn't accept the unused titanium boards back. A farce of a company.

They exceeded my expectation.

I’m still trying out as I got myself at least 2 sets of cutting board to try in my kitchen for both heavy and light cooking as a chef. Will update more feedback if any. Thanks.

I thought that the cutting boards would not get any cutting marks, like like wood or the plastic cutting boards but they do

The orders were delivered quickly. The concerns I have is there are knife scratches on the metal cutting boards which I believe will hide miniscule food particles. Also, isn't titanium supposed the toughest metal and scratch resistant?

Easy to handle and clean. I like and use the 3 different sizes. Love the product

Excellent quality, excellent service has been my experience with Apex gear. I wish they made pots and sauce pans - I'd be back for more!

Bought these cutting boards and found them to be of excellent quality and a lot lighter than my old plastic and wooden cutting boards. Took a little time getting use to cutting raw meat without getting blood on the kitchen counter, since the boards do not have edges or a dip to catch the blood or the drippings.

Easy ordering.
Took a while to receive order.
Outside edges were smoothed. The inside cut for the handle are not smooth and have edges that may cut fingers.

Delivery took a long time and tracking was not good, but the titanium boards are very good.
