Unfortunately, this company is a scam, just sending Chinese made pans that are not even well packaged, arriving damaged. They are generic and you can buy same ones on amazon for £34, don’t use them. Can’t verify if they are actually titanium, but they’re not non-stick

I purchased this product after reviewing the company’s claims regarding quality, durability, and customer satisfaction. The website prominently advertises a “100% Money Back Guarantee” and emphasizes risk-free purchasing, which gave me confidence in moving forward with my order.

Unfortunately, the cutting boards I received were the opposite of what I expected. The product was extremely thin, noticeably lower in quality, and did not match the expectations set by the company’s marketing. I am extremely unsatisfied and reached out to customer service to proceed with a return and refund.

They responded and I was told that they would not issue a refund because the product was “not defective.” This response directly contradicts their own guarantee, which clearly states that customers can receive a refund if the item is “not quite right.” There is no mention that a defect is required—only that the customer is not satisfied.

I replied with a screen shot of the website providing evidence of their posted policy. Which states
" 100% Money Back Guarantee(in bold black letters) followed by Extended Holiday Return - 100 Days Risk Free. We'll refund you if its not quite right for you or your loved ones."

After sending that email I have not heard back. This shows a clear unwillingness to stand behind their own guarantee or take responsibility for misleading product representation. It also raises concerns about how many customers are being denied refunds they are rightfully owed.

For potential buyers, it’s important to be aware of the following:
• The product quality did not match the description or photos.
• The company did not honor their “100% Money Back Guarantee.”
• Customer service was dismissive and unwilling to resolve the issue.
• The policies advertised on their website are not reflected in their actual practices.

Do not purchase from this company. The combination of misleading product representation and refusal to honor their own guarantee makes this a highly concerning seller. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

the Apex Titanium Hammered Deep Pan is a joke. just a normal steel pan (not even stainless steel) tried to refund, no answer. AVOID AT ALL COST

I've ordered from them but they couldn't fulfil one of my orders which is the knives. They offered a store credit instead of refunding me. When I asked for a refund, they just didn't respond at all

I verified the density measurement that others have done and can confirm that the APEX "titanium" cutting board is in fact stainless steel. What a scam.

I am a real user, The pan is Not good, very stick. They posted photos for them to see and they didn't even recognize them. It doesn't match the description of his online industry at all. Ask for a return and a refund, and they refuse❌ for a host of reasons. The product is disappointing and the company is stunning.

I ordered an 18" x 12" board and received an 8" x 12" board. When I tried to return it they said no, my order was for the smaller board but I know I would not want such a small cutting board. I offered to return the chopping board and exchange for the larger but they said I would have to pay the whole amount for the larger board and they would not credit the amount of the smaller board against this.
On the website it states 100% money back guarantee but apparently as this order was discounted on Instagram, this guarantee does not apply!
I would caution anyone ordering from this website to photograph their order and be prepared for no chance of returning if not happy with order.

This is 100% a scam. The chopping boards that I received are 0.96mm steel (confirmed by volume and weight, below), not 1.8mm titanium as advertised. They are also rough cut/pressed with some visible burring.

I emailed the support line and got no response.

The detail:
I measured the thickness with a digital vernier caliper, and confirm they are around 0.96 mm thick, not the 1.8mm they were advertised as.

The large board is approx 39.1cm x 28cm with a handle cutout of 19cm x 2.5cm so the approx volume is 100.5cm^3.

The board weighs 750g so that gives a measured density of 7.46g/cm^3.

This is approximately the density of steel (7.9g/cm^3), not pure titanium which is 4.51g/cm^3. The board should be about half of the weight if it were 100% titanium.

As a reference, the Winnerwell titanium board is 290 x 180 x 2mm and weighs 470g, which is consistent with pure titanium.

Absolute scam - avoid at all costs. Wish I read the reviews first. The pan is not as described on the website, not non-stick at all despite them trying to tell you its you at fault for how its used. The 100 day money back guarantee is a scam as they wouldn't accept it despite me sending photos of the issues. I am reporting them for fraud.

The advertising is very misleading, cutting onto a metal surface will imidiately blunt all your knives and is generally a terrible idea, wooden boards when looked after properly are completely fine and do not trap germs. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM PRODUCT

The items were as advertised. Came on schedule. Bought them as a gift. Gift is for Christmas so cannot comment on how they perform yet. They do appear good quality.

Advertising i receive after purchase is almost daily. Would rather see it say monthly or quarterly. Other than that all s good.

The boards are very good quality. Need the non slip mat or a wet cloth underneath to ensure no slipping. Also extra care when handling as I imagine they would be pretty lethal if dropped on your foot! I love how much more pleasant it is to cut fish/meat and then straight in the dishwasher. Took a while to arrive but well worth the wait.

I’m absolutely pleased with my order. Although a little slow in getting them, they arrived and I just adore how they look in my kitchen. They work well and I am appreciative of the mat.

Had small problem with one of the boards damaged in transit customer service very helpful and replaced it straight away so thanks very much

After checking the Trustpilot reviews, I ordered a set of three (s, m, l). They took a while to arrive but were well packaged and had a quality feel. However, I found that one had a couple of sharp burs. Before I contacted their customer service, their sponsored ad popped up and I left a comment. Their customer service immediately reached out, emailing me. I sent photos of the board that had the issues and they apologised and said they’d dispatch a replacement asap. This has arrived today. Things do go wrong and when they do, you hope for good customer service and a timely resolution. Apex’s customer service has been first class. Knowing how they looked after me, and being extremely happy with the products, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I haven’t received the goods

I ordered, two titanium pans from Apex at a cost of £153.95. On 6th Sept 2025.
The delivery was very slow and arrived as two separate parcels. The quality of the products was terrible with poorly finished weld points onto which the nuts would hold on the handle, the lid handle were cheaply pressed and the pan offer included a free, utensil set which was made of the cheapest poorly made materials which were so badly made, you could injure yourself on them! Everything about these pans is poor quality, even the packaging materials and fastening nuts look like something you would find in a christmas cracker! And so it begins. I requested a returns address and a full refund. Despite many, many emails, neither have been given. Of course, there is nobody i can speak to about this as communication is strictly only via email! Apex said they will send two replacement pans but i said, i did not want replacements only a full refund. Today, the first of what i assume will be two parcels arrived and SURPRISE! Another cheap, rubbish pan! Who knew eh?
I have sent yet another email to Apex requesting a full refund and am awaiting a reply.
Save yourself a load of trouble, stress and heartache, DO NOT buy from this company. I wish i had read the terrible reviews before ordering these cheap, nasty products. But, you have the chance to read this review first so be warned!!!
