Good experience platform for better learning

Very good course but having trouble…
Very good course but having trouble marking the course as complete and then obtaining my certificate. I seem to be stuck in some sort of loop and customer support are not replying. Hopefully things will improve soon.

Lack of transparency so be careful. I have asked them many times about the trial period refund policy and got no reply. They don't answer the phone either. Only time will tell if this is good or not

The knowledge of this course was very…easy to watch videos and everything was given in great detail to each massage.

HOAX - Course Certification does match the course purchased through REED
HOAX! Don’t waste your Time & Money! 2/3 Modules of my ‘SEN Teaching: SEN Teaching Advanced Diploma were INCOHERENT Out-Dated VIDEOS taught by ‘SEN Specialist’ Alex Liau. No Written Materials provided & Captions don’t match his VERY POOR ENGLISH Grammar & Accent. I’m surprised the Autistic Students they focus on with Intellectually Disabilities can understand him at all! NOT AS DESCRIBED - Although content IS for an SEN HEAD/TEACHER as described. The CERTIFICATE is for a lower Teaching status of ‘Teaching ASSISTANT’! APEX LEARNING refuse to contact QLS to adjust this error & REED haven’t offered to correct this either!
