My mate was paying 85.00 AUD for a…

My mate was paying 85.00 AUD for a server for like 5 people max and the cpu kept spiking to 100% if you tried to generate new chunks aka explore or really do anything other then sitting at your base and staring off into the horizon.

My mate has made 2 tickets questioning ApexHosting but they only respond in the ticket with a bot saying "make a ticket".

Best service I have ever seen

Best service I have ever seen. Saved me over and over again when working with mods, fixing billing issues, and merging my two accounts. Apex is on the same level as Steam when it comes to customer support, totally worth the purchase!

Bad start but Bryan saved the day.

My first 16 hours with Apex Hosting was nightmarish. I purchased Premium Support for fast responses, and was led on a wild goose chase for a day. My server needed to be complete by a deadline, and a Mr. Marco Padilla left me hanging high and dry for hours. Bryan K, the legend himself, ended up stepping up just as I was ready to refund my server and ended up sticking it out with me until it was working, and he was polite and helpful the whole way. Amazing dude, and he really recovered my mood about Apex Hosting.

10/10 Bryan good

Bryan was super patient and helped me with everything i needed 10/10 the wait time for a human is a little long having to wait 2ish hours but cant help that since it said like 30 people before me.
