Very fast shipping and tile was beautiful from Spain !!! Loved it

And customer service was very responsive

Great service and response! We love these 3x12 antique mirror tiles so much! Our backsplash has brightened and expanded our kitchen dramatically. It’s breathtaking and photos just don’t do it justice! Thank you Apollo!

The Apollo tiles we ordered came just as pictured online and looked amazing for the backsplash project we were working on.

Apollo tile has excellent customer service, and Dilpa in particular was very helpful in assisting me choose the correct tile for my house. They have a great selection of tiles, prompt shipping and a friendly attitude. Highly recommended.

I received weaved marble tiles from Apollo Tile, and they looked amazing! The delivery was also fast and smooth. The customer service was very helpful too – would address any inquiries that I have within 24 hours. Will definitely use them again for any future project!

Apollo Tile customer service is amazing! They were so quick to answer any questions I had and were very accommodating to my needs. They have a great selection of beautiful, high-quality tiles for the home or pool. We are in the market for new pool tiles for our pool and found their Celestial collection. Unfortunately, the tile we loved does not come in the size we need. We are still exploring our options, but definitely check out Apollo Tile's inventory. If you have questions or need specific accommodations, just ask! Give them a call or shoot them an email. You're guaranteed to be assisted by a friendly customer service rep that are willing to go above and beyond to meet your tile needs/answer your questions.

From getting the samples to the full delivery, customer service was excellent. Product is beautiful and cutting and installation went smoothly.

I ordered silken blue for my kitchen remodel and it is stunning. Order arrived fast to my home. Company is very kind and helpful.

Used Apollo tile as an accent in our new shower. It looks beautiful !

I would highly recommend getting your tile from here! I got tile for my kitchen backsplash and I am sooo happy. It came packaged really well, not a single damaged piece. The tile is high quality and cut nice with my wet saw. I will definitely order from them for any future projects.

Top notch customer service, and the beautiful glass tile is just icing on the cake! Highly recommended!!!

We ordered online from Apollo tile from Canada! Our client had seen a specific tile on social media and was hoping to use it in her bathroom update. I was able to source it but only from the USA. I took a risk ordering from Apollo as I have not worked with them before, was unsure about the border and delivery.
Shipping was quick and we did have a couple of tiles broken. Apollo quickly fixed the issue and had new tiles shipped very quickly. Considering our client lives in a fairly remote location, I'm thrilled we were able to get our client the tile she wanted and fast. Will use Apollo again despite them being in a different country! :)

A+ for customer service at Apollo Tile. I ordered directly from their website but mistakenly ordered the wrong tile for my project (entirely my fault) and the folks at Apollo were extremely helpful with the exchange process. They called me personally to understand the problem, confirmed what I should have ordered and sent me return labels to send back the incorrect tiles. Their shipping is lightening fast and well packaged. The tiles are high quality and beautiful. Couldn't be happier with this transaction.
