A lovely gift for my sister. Being a breakable item, the glass candle jar was very well packaged and the speed of delivery was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend and use livs again.

Loved the placemats, exactly what I was looking for and great colour. Evri, however, took their time from receiving the item to actually delivering it. Other than that, no complaints.

The delivery was a mess. It went to someone else and I had to chase it up.
Price was good but the finishing ( stitching the lining to the back of the table matts very poor.

Ordered twice previously due to quality of items perfect for our home. 3rd order slight issue but resolved the same day as delivery with a telephone call even though it had been an online order. Apologetic gift received, unexpected but lovely gesture. Highly recommend Liv's for the quality of items and personal service.
