The price for the camera was the best I could find and the service I have recieved is second to none.

Bought my cooker 8 years ago had no problem whatsoever with my cooker so far. I live on 2nd floor with no Lift. I had an excellent experience with Apollo so this was the reason for me to go back to them to buy my new fridge. Excellent customer service, professional people, deliver on time.

I found my brand new 12" Asus netbook on Apollo for a good £50 cheaper than anywhere else - too good an offer to pass up.

Ordered from them with absolutely no problems - they kept me well informed on the progress of my order and its delivery through emails and texts throughout, and it arrived on the day I arranged, almost precisely at the time they indicated, in perfect condition.

Would happily use again!

TV was delivered quickly, communication was excellent with both Apollo and DPD

Delivery was inexpensive, on correct day (time indication would hve been appreciated, and damage free

I ordered my top of the range Samsung washing machine at a very competitive price, but was subsequently informed the machine was out of stock, which was obviously a little annoying, however to be fair, Communication has been good, they called to explain the situation that they are waiting for more stock from the manufacturer and will honour the price I was quoted, unfortunately they were not been able to provide timescales to when I will receive the item that I have already paid for, had I been desperate for a washing machine I would have expected a refund and gone elsewhere, however fortunately I am in a position where I can wait, and with Apollo being the most competitive (price wise) I am willing to wait a little longer for my appliance to be delivered, Let's hope my faith in Apollodirect will be rewarded.

Online experience excellent but if you want to contact customer services you'll have a wait on your hands.

Just moved house so ordered a number of appliances from different suppliers such as Tesco and ao.com. I can honestly say Apolo was by far the worst. I paid for a dishwasher and installation online. The two lads arrived to deliver it, rushed in with muddy boots, literally dumped it down in the kitchen before saying "sign here" I said I had paid for installation and was told "we don't fo that mate you will have to ring them" I signed and they literally ran out the door. All the other companies took all the packaging away and were far more considerate and polite. Apollo admitted later they had forgot to add the installation to the order sheet despite charging me for it. They are refunding the money but I won't be going back to Apollo for anything again....

Easy ordering. Good delivery and left where asked. Haven't tried iron yet but would use company again

Ordering the item on line (television stand) was very straightforward and absolutely no complaints there. On ordering it was stated that the item would be delivered on Wednesday. Received an e mail notification on Tuesday from Apollo advising it was being picked etc. ready for delivery. Waited in all day Wednesday but no delivery and it wasn't delivered until Thursday.
How annoying is waiting in all day and for something or someone that doesn't turn up.

We bought a Freezer which was advertised as being instock. After paying for it, we then received a phone call informing us this you had sold out and that you had made a mistake and adervitised it incorrectly. I was told that it would soon be back into stock and that you would be soon phoning me to arrainge a delivery. A month has now past and I have still not heard a thing from you.
I am beginning to think that I have been conned and wondering if I should be calling the police. I should certainly be phoning Trading standards as this level of Customer service is disgusting.

been using Apollo for years without any problems... only 4 stars this time as we were in shop and they wanted to charge us £20 delivery so came home went on internet and got the fridge free delivery .. when we tried to negotiate a reduced delivery charge in the shop the manager ignored us and the assistant said well order on line then !!

I wanted a TV Stand to arrive on Saturday (29th) as wanted to move my TV, put on a new stand, put xmas tree where TV currently is. I found Apollo who stated Saturday delivery so thought all would be perfect.....Courier called my Friday Night and said they couldn't deliver as they only had 1 of 2 parcels that made up my shipment. My plans for the weekend ruined, xmas tree went in old position, cancelled order as was no longer any good to me.

Paid for saturday delivery arrived on the Tuesday before. Kept saying I could not have a delivery on the same day as order they are idiots. I order delivery for the week after. Still arguing for compensation for hours lost at work and delivery costs. Would not order from these clowns again appalling service
