VERY GOOD SERVICE DOCUMENTS RECEIVED IT 5 WORKING DAYS. NO ISSUES. Aida Sala was very helpful and friendly will use them again

What a disgusting service. Company guarantees delivery of docs within 5 working days and want 50% upfront. After paying they did not deliver but still I wanted the doc as I am not in RSA. Aida refused to complete the service and now we are left 4 weeks on with having to find someone else to help us. I asked to speak with the owner and was refused access by Aida and contact information for. Seems like they have no clue on customer serivce or on how to deliver a service and understanding what the customer wants. It is appalling the misrepresentations provided here and they should be shut down.

I made use of this company to obtain birth certificate, police clearance and then to have them Apostilled. Aida assisted me in getting everything done effortlessly and within a very short period. The process was painless from start to finish. Great service and well-priced. Highly recommended

I sent them an email they responded quickly I needed an unmarried certificate and an apostille for it and they delivered within the promised time. I would suggest that they do better in updating the clients on how far the process is but other than that they have the best services

Initially, communication was very prompt, which was reassuring. However, there was a noticeable slowdown in response times as the process went on. This did cause some anxiety, especially considering my financial constraints and previous bad experiences with other services. I even went to the extent of preparing to report a potential scam when I didn't hear back promptly. Fortunately, Aida came through, and the documents were delivered on time, much to my relief.

Despite the communication hiccups, I am very happy with the service provided. I would definitely use Global Apostille Services again in the future and would highly recommend them to others. Just be aware that while the initial communication is quick, there might be periods of slower responses. Nonetheless, they get the job done efficiently and professionally in the end.

Cannot recommend Global Apostille enough. All my study visa documents were DIRCO apostilled and translated by a sworn translator in record time. It made getting my documents ready to submit to the Consulate as stress free as the process can be. Thanks for all your help, Aida!

Dealing with a professional company that delivers what they promise. Receiving the correct information from day one. The speedy processing of my documentation and on time delivery was exceptional! After contacting them Aida replied stating that they would be able to assist in a given time frame which was acceptable for me. They then requested payment to start the process which I did promptly as I needed the document urgently all was well and was assured the process was underway.

Fastforward to the given time frame and I received a email stating they won't be able to assist me any more and want to do a refund asking for my banking details. I replied asking if it was a deadline issue based on the timeframes they stated and that I would be ok waiting a few more days to see if the process could still be completed soon as starting over with another company would set me back weeks again.

No response from that point onward. And just as to prove my point I recieved a email a few days later from the issuing authority stating my document was ready for collection. I had to contact another company to collect it and carry on the process for me which they did without any issue or upfront payment expected.

So several months laster and attempts to get my refund from this scam centre I am posting this review in the hopes to save any one else from the same headache I have had with this place. Dont trust the positive reviews like I did maybe it's thier policy to only actually do the work for people that can come to thier office.

Zero stars.

After leaving the same review from here on Google maps they lied stating they had not failed to provide me the requested service I subsequently have added the emails verifying everything I have stated in my review and allowing them to further expose themselves as a dishonest business.

I do not recommend this company. I had to go to another city to withdraw the documents sent to them, because only after sending them did I receive information about the total cost of the service. Previously, no price for return shipping was given, even though I mentioned return shipping to Poland from the first message. a suspicious company, strange payment methods that generate additional costs or are impossible to make by people outside the US. and very high (much higher than the competition) prices. in one word: I do not recommend it!
