Poor customer support. No accountability for their own software.

What an absolute timesaver LeadsGorilla has been! Before LG, it took me DAYS to research, gather, and prepare the data I need to prospect - now, using LG, I can do it in a FRACTION of the time! It creates the edge I need to close the deal quickly! And let's not forget about another crucial part of the purchase - LG customer support! You can set your clock to when they acknowledge your support ticket, when they get to work on your problem, and when they solve the problem - which is quicker than any other software support team I've ever been a part of! After sale service was amazing, I had an issue with logging but their support team were proactive and sort it out.

Really good app. I know that it will find a good use even in my country. I'm using it only couple days but I'm already excited about all options that are there.

I am not very 'techy' but i followed how to attach my API keys. Then i had more questions and reached out to support and they were great.

Once i got into LeadsGorilla and played with it, it's a great program for leads. They give you lots of tools to use to reach out to local businesses.

Overall, I am happy that I purchased this. Wish it was a Lifetime Deal however! But for the next quarter I am diving in deep!

I have placed a support ticket a week ago and no one has reached out back and there is no other way to get in touch with anyone. So the product is not working and I paid for nothing. Very disappointing.

Never works, just same loop of not giving me option for location then telling me to add API key which I've done with credits.

Complete waste of time since works 1/30 days a month

As in India I was not able to integrate my API key with lead gorilla they gave me full refund.

API integration was not able to do because of Bank RBI rules in India.

Hi I just purchased Leads Gorilla and it's great. The setup was simple. I did have an issue configuring the Google API but found the answer right away in the setup PDF. Just follow the simple and easy-to-use instructions and bam it worked. Support was right there also when I sent them an email about the issue, I had found the fix in the PDF before they responded, but their response was less than 24 hours. Actually, I told them to close the support ticket. Totally AWESOME!
